While I had worked there the management kept all of us in the dark regarding hour changes and pay raises. 

I worked a 12 hour continental shift & very quickly multiple people on my team started slacking off placing blame & going behind each others backs. 

The supervisors mainly stay in their office unless something immediate needs to be looked at. 

Upper management would constantly change the hours to less desirable times (worse than 7pm-7am) in an extremely untimely manner, usually giving employees only 48 hours to change their sleep schedule by 12 hours or more. 

I also had (along with 80% of my coworkers) holiday pay + OT pay docked from my pay-stubs; only to be reimbursed them 14 days later. Making for a pretty tough salary to live on at times…

If I were you are seriously considering working this disgusting job, I would recommend staying to your self / be careful who you indulge with during break time,  and doing the work the best you can every day to enjoy going home. 

(I worked there roughly 4 months before quitting during another “time change” on my shift)

((They changed my 12 hour shifts into 8 hour shifts starting @ 4am))

I meet with people with great minds 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Our first duty calls in the morning the production line is built in a way that clearing and washing is sometimes very difficult and tiring and sometimes the numbers of the personnel to do this work are not always sufficient   

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Like I said good people and very friendly enviroment 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It is always an 8 hour shift which make it very flexible and easy to adjust

HR and the Owners treat employees terribly. Nothing works right and no one is happy. They can't keep anyone for long because management is incompetent and the culture is toxic. They make everyone do work outside of their job description. No work life balance. They constantly change your hours and shifts with only a days notice. Stay away from this place. There are better opportunities with better pay locally. 

Nothing good to say, besides the hours were great and it was an interesting company but be careful stick to yourself and keep to yourself do your job and go home
