Its a company you love to work with. Great work, great learning. You have great mentors to guide you. Best part is their open door policy. Would love to mention few lovely people I worked with. India Head : Friendly, you can go and discuss anything with him. He is more a friend to you. He keeps motivating you to upskill you skill sets. You are pushed to give certifications but with proper guidance. Company bares all the money. HR : One of her kind, not less than a super woman. She has such positive aura that keeps the office lively and happy. Any problem you discuss with her, she will definitely come back with a solution, also guides you when required. Never seen such a versatile multi talented HR. My career was great here. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Assent is a great company filled with people who want to do the right things. They have a good culture, and the flexibility in work/life balance is wonderful. 
There are still some remnants of the 'old guard' that I feel are holding back the progress of the product, and some might argue the recent changes are not a sign of good health, but I disagree - executive leadership is great, and they definitely have done an excellent job of steering the ship.

Let's start with the positive:

4) Flexible schedule

The bad:

1) Why would you put a boxing ring in the middle of your office when you're a compliance company?
2) Childish atmosphere
3) Some of the owners don't have filters
4) CEO brought in for his money and connections, nothing else. Hasn't got a clue how to motivate workers.

Assent is committed to success. It is self-aware and willing to change. Great enthusiasm for the products and mission. Company is positioned to have positive impacts on environmental health, safety and governance.
Strong subject matter expertise drives great credibility for the company's products. Great long term outlook with excellent financial backing and management.

It is a fun environment. Lots to do at times.

Management is all over the place. No one seems to know what they are doing and they are coasting on their capital funding.

Product is nowhere near where it needs to be which leads to unhappy customers.

Senior sales people are treated like gods and they really shouldn't be, they are putting the company in a vulnerable position.

Overall a great place to work! Growing company.
Always changing and fast paced. Great people and great culture.

Pros

Flexible working hour, opportunity to grow, friendly working environment, kind workmates.

Cons

If you are an introvert, you might have to practice getting comfortable with reaching outside your comfort zone a bit.

Great atmosphere, leadership is very passionate.  I see this company succeeding.  Lots of room for growth in an untapped marketplace.  Easy place to sell, you are given all the tools and marketing you could ever need.

This is a great company to work. The culture here is very positive and  also very energetic and working hours are flexible. The benefits are also good.

not real company, just trying to sell itself. The management is absolutely incompetent "sales people". Wouldn't recommend for real job if you care.
But the guys working there are very good.
