Atelka (Fido)

At Atelka we are told to meet goals and we get 10 days of sick leave off in total for a year only. The minimum hours for part-time a week is 20 hours. , plus you only get 10 sick days  for the year and you have to get a doctors note with it as well to show that you actually were ill, (which costs $20)

Way too much pressure for little pay. will fire you for not making sales and adhering to stats. 
Force you to make promises to improve that can not be kept. 
Fully dependent on a customer rating system you have zero control over. 
Stay away.

Received excellent training and Provided excellent customer service during two years. Made so many great friends. Learned so much about the customer service industry...

I did not enjoy this job was horrible i quited cause of the environment super stressful dont work there they dont pay a lot not recommended you can try training but you will know.

I liked this job, although it is stressful. Answering multiple inbound phone calls daily, working customer service for s cell phone company focusing on plan changes and bill disputes.

Its environment set to use people like machines. No motivation and its place for depression. They ask you to perform exceptional even more than what you could do with close to no help.

The work area is stressful. However, depending on the supervisor it could be less stressful. 
I do recommend it for getting expenses in sustomer service and improving your language skills.

Great hours (full time and part time for students), positive work environment with other employees and professional team management. Highly recommended.

Needs better management, great coworkers, fun job however is ruined by management,  no offerings to entice employees. Think twice before working here.

People I worked with were cool. It was a fun environment. The workload was just too much. You can feel the negative energy from the people who were stressed out.
