Nobody takes accountability for their actions, after the clients pay their retainer everybody starts avoiding them, dozens of phone calls from clients trying to find out about their cases, nobody responds, hardly 20% of the phone calls actually are responded, the boss has his useless son and daughter in law involved in positions inside the office, so it does not matter how many mistakes they make with clients, normal employees cannot do anything or complain cause obviously you cannot say anything that contradicts the son or daughter in law. Badly managed office and the worst customer service experience I have ever seen in my life, I had to quit cause it was against my principles to witness such an awful service, sometimes I was extremely ashamed with the clients, could not stop apologizing for things I didn´t even do... not to mention that they keep on promising to rise your wage in order to retain you, they keep employees that way for years and the pay rise never happens. Once you give your notice the agony starts, they try to convince you to stay every single day by promising heavens to you because everybody quits in a short time after they experience the raw reality. Please anyone, look for a decent place to work, this is a clowns office

Do not apply here. The owners are very controlling. They don’t trust you. Here, you’ll always be wrong even if you are right. They will never be happy with your work, so don’t expect that here. There’s a huge turnover; people come and go every other week. Did I mention they only hire women? Easy to control and manipulate. If you’re applying for the benefits, good luck with that. My suggestion, do not apply here.

They will bring you in with false promises and assume you know nothing, and when you voice any concern they will try and shut you down or give you some excuse as to why it is your fault.

They will blame you and never take accountability

I really wish they had the option to give 0 stars because this company does not even deserve the 1 star I gave them. The worst employment experience of my life. Please save yourself from being scarred for life.

Don’t work here. They pay really low, over work you and the company is toxic. They will talk behind your back all the time and then lie to your face. They have been reported many times and they are still in business …. Not sure how. 10/10 do NOT recommend this place which is a circus 

The superiors take pride in creating their work into a learning environment for new graduates.

I had the opportunity to get exposure to immigration law. I was involved from the beginning to the final stages of files working closely with counsel.

I had the opportunity to get exposure to immigration law.  Preparing documents, drafting letters and correspondence, and working independently completing general administrative tasks.

Just don’t work there. It is not worth spending time in such a place . From the start of your employment you will know that they provide false promises to everyone
