Dirty work. No set time off for any day you work. Petty drama and ongoing issues in the workplace that so called “leadership” roles refuse to deal with.  Leadership there is minimal at best. If you have an issue, go straight to mainland HR. No one in house will do anything about it. And repeatedly failing is rewarded more than actual good work. You will be told that you are replaceable if you have to bring complaints to management. Employees are not valued in any way. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
None really, long days. Hot/cold conditions and very smelly, lack of respect from some supervisors

Can not get ahead in the company at all

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Hot and smelly in barns. No respect from bosses

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Boring and alone, hot and smelly in the coups

Very toxic work place. No one knows whats going on half the time. Coworkers talk behind your back all day. Most coworkers think they are in charge and can tell people what to do. Absolutely no communication. Management is a joke. only good thing I can say about API is free coffee. No work and home life. Don't think there will be room for growth either. Don't waste your time!

there isnt much to say about atlantic poultry but the management sucks they dont treat you fairly and they fire you without causes and replace you with immagrants.




Was good back in the day. New company took over, all went downhill. They're paying less now than they did 5 years ago. Its a rip. Working on the Farm Crew is significantly worse and pays less. Its really dirty, tiring and thankless. Management is extremely bad.

Terrible management, petty drama, supervisors pick favourites. Bad pay for dirty , hot, exhausting , repetitive work. You rarely see a raise or vacation time unless you've worked there for like 5 years. No growth opportunity, supervisors will talk about you behind your back to other employees. Do not apply here 

Terrible experience. Management is incapable. Destined for failure. You will be overworked and underplayed. All for the sake of the “company”.  Eventually they will terminate you and bring in someone naive enough to try and do more for less. 

Lot of gross things have to be done maceration of birds clean up of rotten egg counting birds and packaging for transport most enjoyable part is leaving at the end of the day

Under appreciated over worked had to bend rules but if it didn’t go right you took the fall even though management had you do it. If you are not friends with management you will get no where. Will lie to you to get what they want
