Everyone is engaged in the projects. Excellent collaboration with all teams during the project cycle including "big bosses", SMEs (Subject Matter Experts), and users. Management and colleagues are supportive of IT projects. It’s easy to develop and implement computer systems in this company. Everyone is happy to get involve in system development process. Users constantly demands CPI (Continues Process Improvement) which makes a project agile. Because of the CPI most (if not all) processes are somewhat virtually imprinted in the brain. Then projects becomes boring and routine. I want new challenge!

demand is high there only place i have worked where you feel a constant threat of being fired

overall job itself is not bad very physical however the numbers system has been the cause of the high turn around and very high number of injuries.

worked for them in canada i started with a group of 30 people by the end of 3 months there were 4 of us left. i quit because i saw way to many people get hurt way to many people get careless in terms of safety.  should you end up in a situation where you are blocked you have to fill out time block report that hardly ever get processed unless you fight them real hard on it

-I learned leaderhispskills and employee interactions skills. PLanning skills and customer communication skills 
-Managemtn was hard to approach focus on results oriented and safety 
-Work place culte was one of safety and acknowledgement of results
-Hardest part of the job was working non standard weekend ( Ie Tuesday Wednesday off)
-Most enjoyable part of the job was learning the planning of the day to day business and setting the next 24 hours up for success

Some of the toughest and enjoyable, rewarding work I've ever done. You will sweat, and your eating habits will change (stay fed!). The people are great and will bend over backwards to help if they can, because they're going through the same thing you are and that builds a team like nothing else. Training for order picking is fantastic, but training in other fields is lacking at levels lower than management. Supervisor training is excellent. Plan on working long hours, but being well paid for it.

High Safety Standards, Daily pre-shift group warm-up/ briefing/ pep talk with lead Supervisor.  Good Light Duty/ Return to Work Program. Unfortunately advancement not entirely based on seniority, but on physical performance with entry level position, regardless of skills and or/ forklift experience.

Work on your own in a fast paced environment. Great atmosphere. Hard work but well worth it and paid incentive. Great staff runs 24 hours a day with three shifts. Train for forklift and reach truck certificates for free. Fun work for me and enjoyed the job. Sense of satisfaction at the end of the day.

I have nothing nice to say about this place.

The turnover rate in the first 3 months is 80%, I made it just over a year until they fired me because they "don't believe that I injured my back". Therefor screwing me with WSIB. This is not an uncommon experience with this company.

When picking you should remember to not pick with your back and keep it straight. Driving a fork-lift is nice if you need a break from picking. It's important to eat healthy so you perform well and do you job thoughroughly. You need to do your job safe and treat others with respect. Remember to fill out the maintenance sheet before doing any work on any machine.

showed up, management would lie to us about how much work we had to do, we would break our backs lifting boxes all day then get written up if we were under their standards for even one day, i injured myself at work and they sent me to midnights cause that was their way of punishing you for being injured

every minute is accountable, they will write you up for what ever reason they fell like without even thinking about you or the effect its going to have on the person . they are a coumpy that just doen't care
