There are many great people at Attabotics, and at its core the robots and tech are enjoyable and fun.

It's so close to being an amazing place to work. 

The egotistic, inexperienced management will suck away any love or passion you have over time. I know countless engineers who LOVE the company but leave because of the way Attabotics treats their employees. The only people who are valued, and ever seen any growth at the company are the ones who know managers personally.

I know amazing engineers who have gone YEARS without an adjustment to their salaries. 

Attabotics claims they are fast pace an innovative, but management stifles any creativity or idea that is not their own.

Scott(CEO/CTO) has zero technical experience, but will veto designs and technology that he doesn't like - even when they are determined the best option by real engineers.

It's just sad.

Once the coolness of working with Robots wears off, you start to see the negativity all around you in the office, at the job sites and in the far too many online Teams meetings.

The idea is brilliant and it's truly a shame that the CEO doesn't get out of his own way to let the company succeed.  Unfortunately the CEO/Founder is only qualified to be the self appointed CEO or possibly janitor but he pushes his will on everyone at the company to do it his way.  Unfortunately, his way doesn't work...

The turnover rate is so high that their stock options are safe being vested in four years because not many employees stick around much longer than a year or two.

The one positive is it is a great place for young/new engineers to build their resume for when they move on to bigger and much better things...

I worked at Attabotics and while the technology and concept are impressive, the work-life balance was a major downside. The pace is relentless, and expectations are often unrealistic. There were frequent changes in direction and leadership, which created uncertainty and stress. I enjoyed working with some talented colleagues, but the long hours and lack of personal time made it difficult to sustain. If you're passionate about robotics and can handle a high-pressure environment, it might be a good fit — but it's not ideal if you value work-life balance.

The job itself is good, and most of the people that work here are great. However the HR team blocks all advancement of both job and pay. 

Managers will string you along with promises of future positions and raises that never actually materialize.

CEO and many upper managers are totally disconnected from what actually happens day to day in the manufacturing part of the building.

You will NEVER get a raise here, so negotiate your starting salary carefully.

In my time at attabotics I met a lot of great people. At first working there was a dream. I was one of the first 50 employees and the culture was great. As the company grew it became clear that everything they said they were was just a cover. They don't care about employees and management make big promises and doesn't follow through. It really drains the life out of you trying to help build something for someone else and getting nothing in return.

I was given the opportunity to be an intern at Attabotics for 12 months. The structure team is absolutely fantastic and I learned so much about the engineering process, working with CAD, designing parts, different engineering documents, and a bit about manufacturing. The work culture at Attabotics is great and everyone is super welcoming.

I had a positive experience working with this company. The organization demonstrates a strong commitment to professionalism, quality, and customer satisfaction. Employees are supportive and collaborative, creating a work environment that encourages growth and continuous learning. Management is approachable and values employee feedback, which helps foster a culture of trust and transparency.

The company HAD potential, but thanks to upper management, they lost all potential and are on a series of putting out fires rather than innovate.

Attabotics seems keen on keeping their clients angry at them while feeling full of themselves due to the tech they have created.

The good side is the team you are on, you'll likely really enjoy working with them.

This company has so much potential, but the CEO seems obsessed with calling all the shots all the time.... even if it means running the company into the ground.  The entire executive team is dysfunctional, which is unfortunate, as the product could hold so much value if they had the right people leading.

If you want to take initiative and make a difference this is the place you want to be. 
If you expect a 9-5, same thing every day kind of job in which you never step out of your confortable zone, look elsewhere.
