I worked for the company for several years and was disappointed by the direction it took over time. Despite my experience, dedication, and long tenure, there were very limited opportunities for advancement, and I was repeatedly passed over for promotion.

One of the biggest issues was the complete shift in the company's business model and work environment. What was once a customer-focused role gradually turned into a highly sales-driven position with increasing pressure to generate business through outbound calls and direct solicitation. Many employees were expected to spend most of their day on the phone or approaching businesses, which was very different from the role many of us originally signed up for.

The constant restructuring and rebranding created uncertainty and negatively impacted morale. Long-term employees who had helped build the company were expected to adapt to entirely new expectations with little input or support.

What ultimately left a bad impression was how employees were treated during organizational changes. Instead of offering fair severance packages to some long-term staff whose positions were effectively changing, the company offered transfers to locations that were unrealistic due to commute times and personal circumstances. It felt less like an effort to retain employees and more like a way to avoid providing severance.

There are some great people who work there, but management's decisions, lack of career growth opportunities, and significant changes to the nature of the job made it difficult to see a long-term future with the company.

This company used to be canadian owned and was honestly a great place to work. They slowly transitioned into being owned by an American company (Curo) and being publicly traded. Now all they do is cut the bottom line for profits and don't care about people other than as numbers.  The entire head office was stripped and replaced, sometimes more than once. Stores closed, a "bonus structure" that pits stores against each other to run with as few staff as possible. Often the tools needed to complete your job aren't functional. Overall the breaking point in the end was the poor wage compensation. 

I would not recommend the pay is not great. It is extremely competitive with very unrealistic targets. It’s extremely competitive against your peers. Lots of pressure put on for management even though this isn’t work from home job the work environment is uncomfortable, ironically.

I’ve found Attain Finance to be a company that genuinely values its people. They encourage development and provide opportunities to grow if you’re motivated to advance. Compensation is fair, and the monthly bonus program makes performance feel recognized and rewarding. It’s a positive environment with strong leadership support

Great company to work for. Good work life balance, excellent team throughout the company. Good communication between departments. 
Have been employed for over 10 years. With the right amount of effort there are promotion opportunities available.

I worked for this company for 5 years. I started as a Financial Service Representative and was working as Assistant Manager when I left. My experience with this company was very good. I had amazing managers who taught me a lot and helped me grow. 

Everyone is really good specially my team , we have an incentives every time we hit your goal. My managers where really nice and great. Good company to work with. 

This job was very successful. 
Not very helpful and never received credit. They sure let you know when you did wrong!
Part of management was just for the money and not for the employees 

Competitive environment for sales but if your supervisor is great, it becomes healthy competition and creates respectful environment .
There are good perks to the job like benefits and once in a month lunch allowance
