This company was so disorganized. They try to bully me into making overtime and fired me when I wanted to review the terms of my contract. 

-  A typical day at work:
You get to do some editing on a day-to-day basis.

- What you learned:
To work faster, and to deliver on time! But it's okay if you don't...(make it make sense)

- Management: 
The heavy and non-linear structure of the approval process prevents the artistic growth of the company and the well-being of the employees. Everyone is frustrated.

- Workplace culture:
I was told by my boss: '' Working at Aubainerie, means no personal life'' (omg hahaha)

- The hardest part of the job: 
Disorganized supervisor, which forces you to redo and work twice harder as needed

 - The most enjoyable part of the job: 
Behind able to work from home 2 days out of the weeks

In conclusion: It's better than nothing, but it isn't worth it!

Hired for WMS implementation. The project never had a chance to go live before new management shut it down. The new management did not engage with me at all about anything let alone the WMS project. I was hired for my WMS expertise and my operations experience, but in the end, they didn't consult with me on anything and the WMS was dead on arrival when new mangement took over. Overall, Aubainerie is probably the most disorganized workplace I've ever seen.

It was where I had my first job and honestly they do a good job at training you and showing you around . Only bad thing is that I feel like the pay is not enough for the job you do and they don’t accommodate you well regarding the hours for the shifts. Very welcoming though. 

MANAGEMENT IS REALLY BAD

BAD MANAGER worst manager ever i had in a work place would not recommend anyone to work there they need better trained manager who knows management good and how to respect employees better ,,,WORST JOB Ever ,,,

It's actually a good place to work, the coworkers are very good people, the only thing that I didn't appreciate working there is the stress that some higher-ups give you. It has a very flexible schedule that is perfect for students.

You don't have a lot to do but the environment was still stressful. The employees were fun and we had a good team. The problem begins with the Supervisors and management. Their decisions creates a toxic and stressful environment.

Punching in then folding, customer service, cleaning and punching out for breaks.
Management was good 
Hardest part is that the shifts lasts forever 
Really fun people to work with 

They don't care about their employees. Don't even think about asking about a day off or refusing a last minute shift without them guilt tripping you. Wish I had left sooner.

difficult to change hours or ask for a day off even months in advance, gets stressful when the store is busy especially when low on employees. friendly manager, not bad for a first job experience 

This is the worst place you can work at. The environment is so toxic and upper management do not care about employees. There’s a culture of fear there and the turnover is so high for a reason.
