Aubainerie Concept Mode

There is always something to do at Aubainerie. Whether it's work in the warehouse, cleaning the store, putting away clothing or taking out new collections, it's never a dull moment. 

The company has selected several employees in different store locations to participate in a professional studies diploma (sales advice). It consists of online courses that are taken in the store on work hours and it takes several months to complete. I really appreciated taking a part in it.

However, I think that the store is in need of a new plan to motivate their employees to really focus on sales.

It is a really nice place to work for. The workers are all very nice and they treat each other with respect.  Upper management are always there for you and ready to listen to you.

i hate it there, the gestion is not fair and focuses too much on little detail instead of  looking at the whole picture. They don't treat us well and often times, they criticizes us.
