The one good thing I can say is, work life balance is great. However, with that said. The pay unless your part of senior management is not very good against the competition.

The talk track of "What is not broken should not be fixed" is what this place is about. They dont like new ideas and wont conform to any.

I enjoyed working with Audatex. The team is great. The supervisor is amazing. The whole staff are motivated people seeking for growth.
I worked in the vehicle replacement department which requires good negotiating skills. The job is pretty easy.

it is an okay place to work. But the salaries could be better as well better showing that the company on a whole cares about the individual. I enjoy most of my peers and i will continue to work hard to make this a valued company in the industry. 

Do not apply unless you need work experience to give your career a kick-start or you are at the end and need a few years before you retire.  Everyone in between please stay away unless all you inspire in life is to collect a paycheck.

Productive and fun workplace, with attentive and supportive management staff. It ranks high as one of the coolest places I have worked and had I not wanted to relocate, I would still want to remain at Audatex. Even so, it is with sadness that I leave.

The job itself is easy. The staff will help you with all your concerns. I would recommend this place to anyone who want to learn about insurance claims and cars.

Poor Auto-source department management due to lack of the knowledge of the industry standards and products overall. Very low salaries. Almost impossible to advance.

Worked my tail off typing faster than the speed of light day in and day out only to be let go because they wanted to trim the company down any way they could.

A great company to work in. The work environment is great. The VRS department takes real negotiators to speak with sales managers in a professional manner.
