What is the best part of working at the company?
The staff is the best part and of course the cool dealership building.  I am an Audi fan, in fact, the dealership made a dream come true for me offering myself an amazing deal on an A5 Coupe.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
My position as Sale Concierge can get busy, especially as the week progresses, but it’s good stress.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment is professsional, but with a great sense of humour and team work.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Greeting clients upon arrival and offering a great selection of coffee, tea, hot chocolate & sparking water, while I direct them to our lounge and inform their Sales Consultant of their clients arrival.

I dust and remove fingerprints from all showroom Audi’s, plus weekly inventory of Demo’s of every model ready for test drives.

The company always provided all tools to execute the job smoothly, the management used to give all attention to our demands and worked together to find solutions. The company set up monthly gatherings out of work including people from all different sectors promoting integration into the big team.

Audi Downtown Vancouver was one of the nicest facilities I've worked for. They have a great team and helpful management, inventory was sufficient. My only complaint is how difficult it is to find parking around the area.

For the most part working at Audi was very enjoyable and I was able to build very good relations with my coworkers, managers and administrators. There wasn't any difficult areas in a reception job. It's pretty straight forward as long as you do your job everyone's happy.

Fast paced workplace located in a beautiful building in Kitsilano. Wonderful team and clients. It was a very busy workplace which meant the work hours flew by.

No direction from the top. Unrealistic expectations.  Poor leadership. Bad dealer layout.  Everybody left after the GM was let go.  All the quality people gone.

team is great, managing is bit off. no training no proper system. no manager tells u what to do. people mock you at greeting. it is like ur on ur own type of thing
