I am an independent contractor currently working part-time for them.

The job is advertised as flexible, claiming you can set your own schedule. However, in practice, they assign you a single time slot, and your choice is either to accept it or lose the job entirely. Certain tasks are required to provide materials, and crucially, the time spent picking up these items and delivering them to the client’s location is not compensated.

At Auxe, they exclusively hire individuals with prior skills or experience, meaning training opportunities are minimal. The work is divided into residential and commercial jobs. Residential jobs are generally easier, though less consistent, and sometimes include tips. In contrast, commercial jobs are more demanding, often requiring ladders and longer hours.

While the company’s management does a good job of handling paperwork and job distribution, the treatment of contractors leaves much to be desired.

In short, if you are in desperate need of income, you could consider working for them. The pay is approximately $20/hour (self-employed, taxes not included), and those with experience or faster working speeds can earn more. However, Auxe’s approach to contractors is notably unfair. They retain over 50% of the revenue you generate for their services. As a self-employed contractor, all expenses for tools, vehicle use, and maintenance are your responsibility, yet the compensation does not reflect these costs. For instance, you might spend an hour driving to install a TV, only to earn $50.

Auxe also tends to exploit new employees who may not fully understand the job’s challenges. They frequently recruit part-time workers but fail to provide enough jobs for everyone. They lure new hires with promises of high pay, only to gradually phase out experienced contractors who have realized the company’s unfair practices.

If fairness, transparency, and respect for your time are important to you, think carefully before committing to this company.

This is not an ethical company.  Very slick and impersonal.  They attract you with a wage number that is more than a  living wage and give little room to ask questions.  They try to get you to sign on and not tell you anything.  As I'm not silly enough to go in blind so I didn't sign on. Then I get a phone call as I'm very qualified.  I asked a few questions and quickly found out that the real wages are about one third of what they advertised.  No ethics. No morals and starvation wages.

They exploit people.. they tell you will make lots of money but then offload ALL expenses on to you like insurance, bolts, travel if you have to gp far they will not pay for any of your living expenses on the road and wear/tear on your vehicle is enormous.. once you add all of what you are paying to work you may be lucky to get 10 dollars an hour..  not a good environment and absolutely no chance for advancement..  if you are really stuck for cash go for it you can survive for a little while if your lucky.. if you want a career this is NOT THE PLACE TO BE... its a trap that once your in you will find it very difficult to get out..

I've worked at Auxe for a year and I really like it. The company is always coming up with new ideas and it's an exciting place to work. Everyone supports each other and we work well together. They care about us having time for our lives outside of work too. There are good chances to learn and grow in our careers, and the office has a friendly and welcoming feel. Also, they pay well. Sometimes the work gets really busy and tough, and they could do better in managing resources. But overall, the good things are much more than the small issues.

The most enjoyable part of the job is when a client's need, request, or issue gets resolved. You have to be willing to adapt to multiple case scenarios and communicate effectively, I do believe my people management skills have improved and there is still space for growth. The work culture is flexible enough and the management is encouraging and understanding, willing to support with no so easy clients and offering solutions that might have been missed.  

A typical day at Auxe is filled with excitement and growth. I’ve learned invaluable marketing strategies, supported by excellent management. The workplace culture is collaborative and inspiring. While challenges arise, the supportive team makes overcoming them worthwhile. The most enjoyable part? Seeing our efforts translate into success!

After all is said and done you find you are losing more money then gaining.  
Management is very temperamental   They expect you to being your own tools and if they get destroyed in the process you have to pay for all replaments out of pocket.  And getting money for anything is like pulling teeth actually pulling teeth is easier.

A typical day at work involves communicating with clients, technicians and colleagues on phone calls, emails and text messages. 
I have learned how to work more efficiently. Management is supportive.
The hardest part of the job is having to handle so many calls on a very busy day, but providing support and answers to clients and rendering excellent servicesCustomer makes it all worth the while.

Working for Auxe has always been a roller coaster ride. Talking to different people every day (from technicians to customer to workmates) will always be a challenge. The work environment has been a great help despite the busy work as the managers have been hands on in helping with the tasks. Will forever be grateful working for Auxe!

Auxe is such an amazing place to work! Great team members who look out for you and support you! You can work remotely irrespective of your time zone difference and be supported and given lots of opportunities for growth.
