being told I was getting a promotion. Congratulated for said promotion. Then no promotion 
Expectations vastly varied from person to person even tho they held the same title 
Being blamed for other’s mistakes. 
Being told I’m not expected to know something, then having to stay late to do said task i was told wouldn’t be responsible for knowing. 


Culture includes standing around and talking smack as if it actually helps .

Nothing the people there is not professional

Everything and they pressure you to do alot of work for the same money

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Not good ,not safe when it comes to health wise

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressfull  the human resource manager don't know how to talk to people

Hard to progress in a company where most of the leadership comes from inexperienced friends. If you aren't part of the friend group and/or male, you will be held back. 

Loyalty isn't valued in this company. You can work above and beyond what your job title requires and never be recognized.

Corporate needs to step up and sit in at the Leamington facility for 6-8 weeks and fix these issues. Workplace is a revolving door with poor management and that's why they are always hiring. Nobody wants to be treated like a number. 

Worked here for over 4 years. 

Great place to work, training is great, everyone is so friendly and understanding. Job gets slow and boring sometimes, with nothing to do but wash walls and floors (nights) no job security at all, randomly will let go of more than half of their employees. And then hire all new ones. You don’t get discounted items or have the option to buy company product. Sometimes alarms will go off which is scary. Overall. It was a great place to work. 

Just one of those companies that clears house every few years. The place was one of the best places I have ever worked at, but if you know what happens at canopy growth with layoffs, this is not the place for you. They will try their best to make you think the company is thriving but in reality they are struggling to maintain their place. Layoffs will come

As long as you did your work and ignored the ever present need for some employees to create drama (easy to stay out if you never get in!), every day was great. Incredibly satisfying, repetitive production work for those that like OCD-ish type work.

Slowly increased my hours from 8hrs a day to 10-12 hours a day then asked me for weekends too. NO OVERTIME PAY. Do not work here if you have kids, you will never see them. Upper management was rude, ignorant, and did not care about employees at all. 

Workplace is a half decent environment except for the fact that they do not respect a lot of the employees. As someone with medical conditions after working there for a certain amount of time they start to let go of their employees for their turnover

No transparency when it comes to the company everything feels like there’s more going on behind closed doors and everyone else is left in the dark to wonder if they’ll have a job next month. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
I realy lik e the work environment, everyone is very friendly.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
So far nothing is stressful.at this job.
