What is the best part of working at the company?
I worked for the same avenue crew for 7 years. I was one of the top workers on the crew. The foremans at avenue treated me great. When I told my superintendent that I found a better opportunity to work elsewhere , I was gaslighted in front of the whole crew and it completely made me resent my 7 years with avenue. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
-The constant push to work faster than you did yesterday. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
On the crew I was at, if you’re good and give it everything you have, you’ll be well respected. If you slack off, you won’t be treated well

What I enjoyed about working at Avenue was the hours that we started at six am and we go home at 1:45 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The long cold winter months and the hot summer days 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Safety is always important and safety always comes first 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Hi, come in and start my shift build my wall panels put the rods in level the walls and move onto the next wall and do the same thing over and over

Management, team leaders, operators and manpower are skilled organized safe and work well as a team in a high paced environment where safety always remains a priority and from start to finish accelerate in delivering an incredible product from start to finish

At this company I worked mainly as a laborer . We put in long hours when jobs got pushed . Some foremans felt like they can treat you how ever they wanted . Some were great . If you got hurt on the job they take good care of you . They were a safety first company.  But you better produce work otherwise you are out of there.

A typical day starts with checking the emails followed by preparing a list of thing to do as per their priority.
The most important thing that I learned was working within time constraint.

Working at avenue was one of the most memorable experience.

while working at avenue, l was encourage at all time to give the best l could at every aspect of my job. it was a very enjoyable time of my life and the interaction with management helped solidify my work ethics since every one at the office treat you like part of the family.

Avenue treated me well and taught me much. Taking in the from the experience of others propelled my competency greatly. In short, my time at Avenue was difficult however very enlightening.

There were not that great relationship between the workers and owners....better should be done to improve on their skills and knowledge within the hold company..

i worked for avenue for 1 year in toronto great companey and great benefits, of you are willing to work they can pretty much you busy 7 days a week,i highly recommend working for them if you get a chance

Excelent Company to work for. Lots of interesting projects. One of the major concrete forming contractors in Toronto.
You'll work hard, deal with difficult stuff but have great satisfactions !
