I wasn’t stressed while I worked there

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I worked in stores and it consisted of working hand in hand with the mechanics and receiving parts

I loved working at Avianor, it was almost family and the ball was always rolling.

Structure wasnt a strong suite however and some representatives/clients were stressful to handle. But i will admit that since i have left i have only heard good news and that things have changed. They are still growing and thats good.

Since the new management came in, the company focuses on it image instead of actually fixing problems. Tooling is always broken and fixed with tape. The 3 shifts are in competition with each other and always pointing fingers. Lots of promesses but very little actual movement

It is a good place to work. the work can be fun but you have to like what you are doing, i learned a lot from the place, it taught me howto reassemble and disassemble the interior of and aircraft how to fill out the paperwork properly. the hardest part of the job would be the lifting heavy objects

the final products are of exceptional quality, and we always took pride of our overall services.
customers worldwide were happy of services and products provided.

Management is availlable for any questions or comments, annuals reviews and pay raise based on performence, social activities, combined work and family environnement

I got hired as an avionics technician but the job I was performing was far from being an avionics technician. I was given no experience needed jobs that had nothing to do with avionics.

Was stressful working there because the supervisors are jerks and always constantly check and harass you, would not recommend working there, was not a fun experience for me.

I loved work for Avianor, was one my favorite places i used to worked, the management is very helpful and the collegues are awesome, hopefully in the future i can work there

Bad location and stressful environment 
bad supervisor treatment 
They do very bad with contractors job 
And push people outside of related job 
They can kill your motivation for aviation job
