Working with Axiom has been an experience for the books. I’ve bounced around workplaces throughout the Pandemic, and I’m so happy I landed here. I work with a team who values your happiness. I've had poor experiences with personal work/life balance in previous employment, but here at Axiom it is encouraged to value your personal life and rest both physically and mentally on your time off. Management is constantly recognizing my efforts, and this truly makes me feel like I’ll be a part of the Axiom Team for a long time. 

The teams I get to work with allow for wide spread conversation regarding the programs and projects that are being worked on. The teams work very well together and all have input with years of experience to offer. 

During any typical day I'll be answering emails and have some programs to review with the team. I work with all areas (office, management, production, shipping, etc.) and will have to coordinate conversations between these teams. Once that is done and I have an opportunity to address whatever item was brought up and then make a plan with the input from the entire team.

The stress is manageable because I have the support of the team.

Axiom is definitely the place were you establish your career with skills you've gained from past experiences. 

It's a company in a transformational stage and offers a whole lot of autonomy and respect as a SME in your field. Coworkers are collaborative and easy to work with on the management level- it has this organic culture of a 'start-up feel' but is established on a global scale- really different!

I work on different projects, drawing up different documents and every time there is always something new to learn.
This is an incredible opportunity that allows me to know different situations and to work on new solutions and projects.
The support from the management is there and it is excellent to have someone more experienced from whom to learn different methodologies of approach, which stimulate personal and professional growth.

I love the culture, still very family-oriented and there's ton's of things that happen throughout the year for the staff. Almost every month!

Management and all my peers are approchable and fun to wortk with. Everyone is happy to lend a hand and work together.

Axiom provided me the opportunity to grow my career and build up my resume without much prior experience in my field. Every day, I am given time to work in my own space as well as work on-site with several other teams, giving me flexibility in my tasks. I was able to not only improve my capabilities in costing and sales, but I was also given opportunities to allow my creativity to thrive through marketing as well by working on intricate projects both big and small.

Projects can be challenging and the stress comes from wanting to do my very best.
