Days are structured, but can change based on client needs.  You need a strong work ethic as we are not micromanaged.  Staff knows what has to be done and does it.

Does need to have management positioned in the warehouse as s ales staff has been know to try to run it at times.

Culture is easy going and friendly.  If your work ethic is strong and you are company orientate; there are no issues.

I have learned a new industry and am open to learning more at my pace.  I am not pushed to learn more than i can handle.

Physically the job can be demanding at times, but we work as a team and are always offered help in  demanding situations.

I enjoy each and everyday.

It was ok working there at first but then it started to drop off.
The area (Shipping) I was working in was understaffed for the majority of the time I was there.  It was very hectic and was hard to keep up and try to learn on the job. Too much work for two people.
It was not a well organized location. There were lots of errors to fix and communication between some employees was really bad. There was a lot of wasted time fixing errors or finding answers. 
I will say that there were a lot of great co-workers who made some rough days enjoyable. 
In closing I'd say that I can't recommend working there. Maybe if you need something short term but I wouldn't stay there too long. 




Recently got let go and was not given a reason unto why right after my 3 month probation the management in the warehouse was horrible and unorganized said that I was gonna be trained but never got trained whatsoever they tried to screw me with my salary and said I was gonna be paid a certain amount but got paid less if you wanna work in a sweatshop this is the place for you. The warehouse manager is very unprofessional and doesn't do anything but sit at his desk and go on his phone and yells at everyone for nothing. Worked super hard from 6:30am-4pm everyday i worked there but still got let go.

I have been in the electrical industry for over 15 years and Aztec has been the best company I have ever worked for. Team environment and everyone is willing to help. It is very fast paced and very intense but with everyone working as a team, we have been very successful. Great management and great employees make every day a new adventure and fun. If you enjoy being part of a winning team, that likes to have fun while meeting company targets & goals, Aztec is for you!

After spending nearly 10 years with Aztec, I can certainly recommend them as an employer especially if you are hardworking and want to be part of a team that competes at the very top.

Aztec is an extremely well-run company from top to bottom. They are growing like crazy so there will be many opportunities to advance your career if you are lucky enough to work here.

From one of the best companies ever to one of the worst since going Corporate.. Toxic work environment.. Overworked and underpaid.. Nobody seems to care anymore and it's the corporate culture to blame for this.. Really sad to see what this company was to what it's become. 

Unprofessional and sexist work environment which values money over the safety of their employees. Complaints are not taken seriously by HR and management, they will do everything (force you to quit) but help fix the issue to avoid losing money. Avoid working here especially if you're a female.

The best workplace I've had by now. Co-operative management and new challenges everyday make me learn a lot where time management comes at the top. Passion comes before money for me but expecting to be at way higher level through any bigger company.

Behavioural problems were a problem at MGM ELECTRIC from head staff as well as no training provided for using the forklift or any equipment. When I reported inappropriate behaviour coming from head staff, it stopped for a while, but continued on later close to when I was laid off.
