Have been working here for a while. And it has been an amazing experience so far. I just love the hype and energy people give out. Everyone in the company helps out and supports each other like a family. Honestly, never worked in a company this fun and supportive. Can always give anyone a call for help or advice and they will always be there. The hours are flexible which helps out a lot. Can get a little competitive which helps you push each other to bring in better results. And if you would like to travel, this is the dream job as you get to go different places at times with fully funded living costs. Definitely recommend, for people who are positive, friendly and supportive!

Plenty of kind people and a wonderful atmosphere to work in because of that but a very toxic attitude with the business owners themselves. Disappointing that such a decent opportunity is ruined by the people who are meant to build you up.

Management is not great, pay checks are never correct, fundraising for a charity which is in the grey area in terms of legality and ethics, it's fine if you want a job that has basically no requirements to obtain but the so-called "growth" opportunities mean that you have to work basically every day of your life just for a chance at a "promotion". In truth, the people who are picked for the real promotions are the favourites in the company. 

The Company is extremely professional as well as they are very positive with a high energy workforce the people are always in a good mood and excited to learn more and improve it is really inspiring for so many people to learn and improve and teaches people valuable skills! 

If you’re looking for a job that pays you for the amount of effort you put in, this is it.

I have never worked in such a team orientated work environment until B to C Connections. There is always so much support to help you. Everyone is willing to take the extra time to ensure that you are comfortable and your day is going well. 
Since my time work here I have had so much personal and professional growth. I am beyond thankful to have found this job opportunity. 

As a former employee of B to C connections, every day was fun and exciting. Our management team organized a 3 week work trip to Newfoundland so not only are they providing great salaries but you getting a lot of memories. The management and leaders are always supportive and do what they can to help you succeed and thrive. Overall, it’s an amazing place to work!

Great company if you are looking to grow your career, confidence and work ethic. Family work environment, Co-workers and managers are supportive and push to see you succeed. 

Lots of fun but not worth the money for the hours you work. Just a lot of young people coming and going. Most of the team is wonderful, positive and passionate. The Breast Cancer Society of Canada and FW1 Wax could probably do better
