A lot of negative feed back from customers towards company on a daily basis. I felt ashamed working for them after hearing how they treat customers.
Very poor management and very little room for growth
Lack of communication. Management does not except responsibility for their actions. Passes the buck.  Minimal training along with a lack of morals from higher up. One good part of this job was a few employees.I have worked as a delivery driver for a few very well respected companies and had great experiences. This company is not recommended if you are looking to grow in a career.

Working for this company taught  me what to look for in a respectable company and what to avoid.

Absolute terrible place to work, if you dont get everything perfect the first day you may as well search for other employment, yes they do train you for the first 2 hours of your first day after that your pretty much left to ask questions as you go and if you mess up you are terminated. If you have Tattoos DO NOT REVEAL THEM. The Head of your Department does not approve of them and will stare at them making you uncomfortable. Anywhere is better than working here.

If you're looking to work for this company in Kelowna don't expect any kudos from the management they like to overload you with work . The days range anywhere from 10 to 14 hour days 6 days a week. You deal with a lot of stress with customers and the management does not have your back and does not help you deal with that whatsoever

I would load my truck to go and deliver merchandise to customers homes with a helper. I have picked up a lot of customer service from here and also how to defuse situation that can some times arise.  I have enjoyed working here the group of guys that they have is excellent I personally am not looking to move furniture and appliances for the rest of my life.

max work for minimum pay. They will hire on anyone with a drivers license with no pre screening or care for potential risks to customers and the merchandise. they rip off contractors for damage claims and offer no support for employees. They will try to convince you to lease a truck through them and become a contractor to try and dump costs on you.

If you decide to work for this company, you will soon find out why they are constantly reposting the job. They cannot keep staff. Alot of "behind the scenes"  shady activity from management. If you're not higher ups best friends or related, you're treated like dirt. I watched them do anything to cover a lie and make a buck. There is a reason  they aren't registered with BBB

Hello all!
I worked for this company and they literally exploit their workers.
Long hours and they pay really low to driver and helper plus try to take advantage of the owner operators.

Stay away as much as possible.
Not worth your time.

Their time is near thats why you see their posting here all the time because people dont stay with them.

Great place  great people  but poor pay. I don't like to talk bad about someone who gave me a job and treated me with respect the only complaint I ever had was the pay and they were very reluctant to do anything about it even though I was a supervisor in the warehouse

They treat contractors like garbage even though it’s the contractors making them the money.   Very poor communication.  Even if you are the best there zero compensation for that.  Definitely wouldn’t recommend this company (Carr) garbage.  

Don’t work there worst place ever they treat they employees like garbage the pay is Terrible  I went on road with almost 30 stops a day n they stil yell n scream at you even tho you bust your last ball for them
