What is the best part of working at the company?
Added experience, trained to operate die cutting machine in which i learned and had the chance to solely ran it  from start to finish. Met the desired output - re quality and quantity needed  in every work order in schedule. They ended my work with still ZERO accident, not even with a single  or  with barely a month that i had my hands back. on the die cutting machine, i was pulled out and i didn't get another chance to run it by myself and i was advised to work on the other jobs in Finishing Department. Worked as spare on various positions in the Finishing Department.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
When they handed me the letter that had the termination date of my work,  that very same day, while i was busy working, i was told to get changed and Supervisor didnt even say anything about it, but only just follow what was said in that letter. It says "Without Prejudice", which i learned that i didn't get fired by  doing anything that may had harm, threat or anything related. It was explained by HR Officer that business had slowed down and they couldn't give me certainty with the planned Afternoon Shift where i was supposed to be their assigned  Die Cutter, if it had been busier. Sadly it didnt and that what forced them to let go of me and  a few others.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
i would say not much of difference in the culture and  environment we typically see and expect in a manufacturing industry, making the same product compared with the other companies where previously worked, Workers in the Production Deoartment working  together as a team. I was lucky enough that i worked with good coworkers in all my previous jobs.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Just always come in as how one must and is expected to worka and nothing to bother me , had need the normal day

20 years ago I began my career in reception and was given multiple opportunities and training to advance my position with BA Folding Cartons. Not once did they ever let me fail.  Management encourages "thinking outside of the box" (pun intended) and are always available to listen to opportunities for improvement. 
Easy going yet fast-paced atmosphere where every day will bring a new challenge and learning experience.
Family is priority at BA Folding Cartons and I feel I have a second family in those 4 walls supporting me in life, both professionally and personally.
Monthly company BBQ's and sweet treats weekly when the weather is nice is a great little bonus, plus there always seems to be a box of open donuts available in the lunch room or office.


Terrible place to work, management/office is incompetent. One manager/supervisor with zero experience in printing. Plant manager with zero experience in any department. Poor hiring practices, no one involved who has the proper experience in the departments needed. Zero support for anything from 3pm-8am, maintance department is none existent, quality department knows nothing about their job or what they are doing. Proper tools/equipment is rarely or never readily available. 

Newer owner does seem to want to grow the company, they have invested in some new machinery, given cost of living increases, and is attempting to turn things around for the better. 

Most employees are great to work with.

There is not a day I wake up and do not enjoy coming to work.  BA has gone through many positive changes over the past two years.  Promoting a healthy and  positive work environment.  The team consists of positive, caring, considerate team members who will pitch in to make a difference.  

I have been in the prepress industry for over 30 years and worked for many companies. All of them can hold water to BA Folding Cartons. The entire crew is personal and professional. The prepress manager is very personal and will go above an beyond to help you out.

If you happen to have a job offer from them, count your blessings, you won't regret it.

When I was hired, I was told there was lots of room for advancement. After 1 year, when it came time to promote, I didn't get any raise like I was promised and instead they hired new workers as a cheaper rate and hired outside instead of promoting within.

I just started and I like the job so far , nobody is breathing down my neck my supervisor is nice my coworker’s nice and everybody I encounter at the workplace is nice. Every other day there’s some sort of free food lol I love free food. But yeah it’s a nice company I can’t speak for everyone but personally i like it

I really love working here!  The people are great, the work is challenging, and the leadership team is inspiring.  The hours fly by.  Very positive environment.



BA is a great company and a growing force in the box world.  Recently purchased machinery and upgrades has made our facilities even better.  The team here is wonderful to work with and I truly enjoy coming to work everyday.

Very stressful working environment with prominent racial discrimination. No equal growth opertunities for all. Old workers don't welcome warmly to new workers
