This was a clerical position within the Bingo business. A typical day would be inputting information into report format for head office regarding the sales of electronic bingo equipment, booking any necessary travel arrangements for technicians, and providing clerical assistance to the Department head and head office.
While there, I took the opportunity to upgrade some of my computer skills.
Most of my co-workers were technicians who were either busy in the shop doing repairs or on the road to customers.
I enjoyed being able to expand my capabilities.

Bazaar and Novelty is great locally owned and operated company. Not only do your fellow employees care about each other but the owner does also and makes sure you are provided the tools to succeed 

Productive enjoyable work place with good management and staff. 40 hours a week, steady days, no weekends. Benefits, plus accrued paid vacation days. 

Open new credit department and gained excellent account receivable experience. Team worked well together in meeting monthly collection goals.

Was an okay place to work. But the pay wasn’t enough to live on. Had to have a part time job. 
Lots of drama with employees backstabbing. The women were brutal to work with. 


Have had great co-workers to work with. Hardest part was no advancement. Most enjoyable was to learn more throughout the company as we downsized.

unloaded trucks
phoned trucking companies for pick ups 
helped with inventory on monthly basis 
drove a tow motor

I got to meet lots of people and had fun working for this company.Things change and so does the needs of our customers. The shop is gone now and is a parking lot.

Busy days, hard physically demanding work, ability to work on own, felt good after a hard days work

Working Continental shift every two weeks. Learns lots of different experience on Bingo cards and break open tickets.
