BBSpro

Being with BBSpro for so long I was able to see the massive fall in culture and support. It was once an incredible place to work, it felt like a tight family who supported each other. After BBS Systems merged with Protonics all of that started to come apart quickly. There is no longer a customer service aspect, I do not believe they have any respect for the ones who keep the lights on and view all their customers as replaceable.

Upper management (CEO and President) started cutting newer staff and adding the workloads to the senior staff. The duties were doubled for each higher up individual (including myself) but the pay did not reflect. When you raise your concerns they would only tell you how your lucky to be working and if you didn't drink the kool-aid they tried to change your role without consent.

Trying to be productive in your work while someone has a foot on your neck and the message of you can't do better. All in the attempt to keep your spirits low and stuck at BBSpro. I took a clear signal and left the company very shortly after and have since realized my potential.

If we could rewind time I would say it is a great place to work with great people but unfortunately it's not the case anymore. 

BBSpro is a great company for anyone looking for a fun and friendly work environment where they can really learn and grow with the company. It has changed greatly in the past couple months for the better. New management, new processes, and new environment. It is fast paced work but nothing that cant be handled. There is great work life balance with the optional overtime and flexible hours. The management is great. They see you as the priority and want to make sure that you are getting the help you need. Working here allowed me to not only learn new processes and how to create them, but also helped me understand the world of B2B. There is a lot of room to grow with the company and for advancement. Management will try to fit you into a role (and give you responsibilities) in which they know you will succeed based on what you discuss with them. Overall, would love to come back to BBSpro if I could!

Company recently went through a management change to revitalize the company. The VP of Finance and the Assistant Controller are super knowledgeable and easy to work with. They do their best to accommodate your work/life needs. Their openness to criticism/ideas are commendable as its not something you see in a lot of management at other companies. They offer plenty of opportunity to learn and grow your career. The CEO & President are both hard working and very involved in operations. 

Finance and operations team are very friendly and very helpful in the learning process. Team culture is relaxed and fun. 

Overall, a great place to work as the new management is making big strides to modernize and grow the company.

Nobody in this company has any idea what they are doing. 5 people quit with no notice because the job and management were so poor. They have no consideration for work life balance. Work is to be done before you leave. Expectations on 10+ hours per day. They cannot keep staff for more than a month. Company is a mess. Pay was ok. Benefits are horrible. Expensive and dont cover much. Management is lacking and the rest of the staff dont stay long enough to have an opinion

This company is a complete Joke!
They go through people more then I change my underwear! They have a new ceo who knows nothing and just tries to think she does, she looks like a man so in all fairness...
They’ve lost numerous people who have put so much time and effort into there jobs only to get no recognition!
The owner is a coward lol

The work is okay, neat if you like beer and restaurants. Get thrown into things, most times with no training. They will try to help you but you are the face of the company onsite. 

Start times change, and schedule is all over the place.


Always something to do, though things can get hectic in A/R. Sales staff are very friendly and brighten up your day. Lunch was provided every Friday in the summer.

Not a great place to work at all! Senior management are micro managers with no people skills or have the ability to lead. Turnover is very high. Poor company morale and everyone wishes they can find another job but stay until they do find something better and then they leave.

Working at Bbspro was a wonderful experience, helping me to deeper understand both the restaurant and craft beer industries. It allowed me to work independently as well as be part of a team on larger projects.

Extremely difficult management. disorganized infrastructure. Always passing the buck. If you have issues or injured, might as well sign your pink slip yourself.  Not worth the pay.
