BEARING BRONZE

After almost 2 1/2 years with the company I feel I can give a fair review as to how it is working at Bearing Bronze. This company has definitely undergone some growing pains and challenges, however they have an excellent team of people that work hard and work hard together to get through the storm. Excellence is definitely expected as that is what we promise the customers. 

Most managers have been promoted with in, and new positions filled by current employees, assisting with their own personal growth. 

If you come with a strong work ethic, motivation, and the need to rise up to challenges, you will do well here. Too long didn't read, if you work hard and have a good head on your shoulders, you will be rewarded. 

The interior could use some upgrades and the summer time can be tough like most shops. 



I love my work to come early for communicate with shift heat of me to know about machine and orders and to know who is going to be with me today at work, I have got $20 per hours, 
I hade learn  more then what I was got from school. I do love the manage my work and so on at work we where Deveron culture but we look like one family
the hart job at the beginning of shift because to organic things .if I work and no problem at machines

I've got nothing but good things to say about Bearing Bronze. After a year at the company I can say that I've been treated with the utmost respect. The team around me is full of awesome people. We have a real collaborative, team environment and I appreciate every day spent working here!

The work environment is collaborative and fast paced.  Expectations are high but fair.  The company has invested in multiple collaborative and interactive solutions such as Microsoft Teams, Business Central, Deluxe Time and Attendance, so the employee has the right "tools within their tool box" to succeed in their roles.

I have been at Bearing Bronze for just over 3 years and I am very happy I made the move to this company. Ownership has assembled a great team here that all share a common goal, Service our Customers. If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding company to work for, then Bearing Bronze is the place for you.

Unrealistic expectations of work.
No support from owners
Got blamed for others inefficiency if you weren't a favourite
HIGH turn over (in an office of 5 people. only 1 person was there for greater than 1 year. This is a 40 year old company)
Frowned upon if you took a break (which is law)

A dynamic and fast paced environment with lots or opportunities to grow and advance.  If you are willing to put in the work the company is very supportive of your growth and advancement!

I did my job well according to staff.
Everything I was trained and asked to do. They expect more.
I got the impression after a couple months that unless you were as cut throat as the others there...or don't fit in socially...it won't matter how well you do your job...you will be replaced.

High demanding workplace with lots of learning opportunities. 
Higher changeover in product need more physical energy to complete job on time. 
Get chance to explore and engage with multidisciplinary team to get jobs done. 


Horrible place. No definite role was assigned. At first I was told I have to work 8 hours and then it turned into 9 hours. Avoid this place at any cost.
