*Job Work/Life Balance is poor because you take the mental stress with you wherever you go.

*Salary/Benefits mandatory overtime for a few sections and dental is $1,000 per year and massages (job is extremely repetitive and only uses the same few muscles so you *will* need them) up to $300 per year. All factors considered, this is very poor because your masseuse first assessment bill is $200.

*Job Security/Advancement HAHAHAHA everyone (including people who have been there for 20 years) is disposable and there is no advancement necessary on the production floor, if you're a temp, they have no problem discontinuing you if you're too slow.  

*Management is, overall, as previously stated in another review, immensely disrespectful, juvenile and unprofessional, but they were like that back when they were just "plain ol', lil' employee"s. A lot of the team leaders used to be employees who got, in their opinion, 'upgraded' so now they can literally behave as they used to and not be reprimanded. They don't hold themselves to higher behavioral standards as Team Leaders should.  Team Leaders are expected to set standards for the rest of the employees to live up to, but they take pleasure out of treating employees in a subhuman manner.  Human Resources is aware of these behavioral patterns and can do very little or nothing, by way of reprimand as the Team Leaders are well within their rights to behave as they do.  If you're a temp. the Team Leader will side with the employees no matter what they want to say (and they can say anything, this person hit me, this person threw something at me, etc) because they're employees.  Ultimately, they'll see who the disrespectful one is, should you behave properly, but this will take some repeated undesired behavior from the other person. So some patience and understanding is needed.

*Job Culture is mentally abusive because you take other people's poor attitudes with you wherever you go, and if you take into account the amount of people (i've talked to a lot of people about clearing up some benefits questions so i know there are lots) who use the massage benefit, physical problems.  I've heard the stories of a few people who had needed work-induced surgery.  Any more Information about those stories were freely given in open conversation and will not be repeated anywhere in any way, shape or form.
 I will note that those First Day Temps get one (1) day to figure all the things out (re: a 'Pass') after that, the attitude is "it's an inconvenience to help you!" "You're stupid because you should already know how to do this!" A lot  (60% roughly) of the female employees here will try to make you look bad so they can bond by laughter and so that they look and feel like they're doing their job well.  I've seen more than a few scenarios where First Day temps were sabotaged (hiding components and stealing tools) just so they'd feel stupid for having to ask where the components were again having *just been shown*.  Also, if you as a Temp, have to ask someone where something is, that employee feels like they have a right to overreact about how you're causing such an inconvenience, and how they're getting behind in their work, so as to make you look as poor a worker as possible.  This behavior is usually unjustified because if there is a problem, it's usually a small fix, but sometimes the machine does need maintenance.  There are those who are mature in attitude and those people don't speak up or take action like they should've to change the culture.  
***more information about the work, the management has calculated down to the tenth of a second, how long it should take you to completed a single part.  You will usually have about 3 to 5 seconds to watch the part get made.  There is a minimum of parts that you are expected to do, and usually, this minimum can be easily met, as long as no one sticks you with aspects of their job (making boxes/packing/printing stickers typical factory stuff, etc) in which case, you'll be expected to keep up quota on both machines.  However, the day can whip up some unexpected delays like, you need to work multiple machines, a part gets stuck, out of components, a sensor isn't working, any sort of maintenance (there is lots) and so in the end, it looks like you can't do your job (and it's a very simple job) because you did 750 instead of 900 parts. This, of course, looks very poorly on you.  Solving problems as efficiently as possible is the name of the game, so you need to figure out where your components and parts are.  Ask. For. Help.  *Never mind* the girls' sour attitudes, (their own outlook is their own problem) do what is good for you and ASKING FOR HELP is very good for you.  There are those of us who are willing to spend the time and effort to help people because we don't want those juvenile girls to use your insecurities as a temp.  People will try to get away with what they think they can get away with, and that's usually everything.  
This review is considered to be accurate by a few current and past employees.  
SOCIAL TIPS (from multiple +5yr employee sources, and no specific names): Stay as far away from the loud and fat lady on the A shift she's rude, she'll make sure you know who she is and if you're on the A shift, the manly female towmotor driver, she'll eat your face off and hand it back to you on a platter (not silver, she works at BendAll so she's not rich) if she's in a bad mood, and try to get on the night shift because my employee friend says that manager is patient and speaks well to you, stay away from the A shift big bulldog-looking floor manager guy, they hear him barking a lot.  Some Team Leads on the B-shift are very well-mannered, another friend says try for the B-shift if you can, but she's not sure if they do transfers at all anymore.  
There is no TL;DR for this as everything is worth absorbing and taking into account if you're going to try to get into BendAll.

My overall rating of Bend All Automotive is high.  Personally I feel it is a good company to work for.  As long as you work hard, are on time and at work everyday and don't mind getting your hands dirty, it is enjoyable and management will appreciate your work ethic.  I feel where the company lacks the most is in employee morale and I find this to be the hardest part of the job because people do tend to complain about it.  I feel if the company would invest a little more time and money into more company planned activities in addition to the yearly activities they do, it would bring morale up. One of the perks to this company is the set shift so it makes it easier to balance work and family life.  All in all, what I have learned from working at Bend All Automotive is if you have a positive attitude, are self-motivated with a strong work ethic you will succeed.

i loved my job at bend All, the people were great, the job was fun and interactive. The overall management was not as together as i would like and there was no job security. advancement within the company was nil unless you knew the right people.

I learned so much from bend All , and i was always busy. I loved taking control in the area i worked and becoming very hands on. I had a great team to work with but didn't have a lot of support with the upper management.

My job was never really hard due to the fact that i knew my job and i knew how to handle the worst situation when it came to employee complaints and or machine problems.
I loved going to work everyday, i love the challenge of the daily duties and the problem solving. It was a great experience.

Management staff take no suggestions from staff to help save costs.  HR is super slow to deal with troubling group leaders especially the female GL's. Promoting of supervisors that lie about their past work experiences or they are new and good at brown noseing. Only a couple of really good supervisors on afternoon and night shift that actually talk to their operators and ask how their days are and actually help you when needed.
  Day shift staff are all old and complain about everything yet they get the least amount of work out the door.  There are no organized outing outside of work, ie baseball games, golf tourney, etc. The training process is terrible and the paper work is insanely ridiculous.

I worked at bendall for almost 2 months, if you want a job that's going to respect you and your health issues, this isn't the place. When handing them a doctors note and protecting myself with the law from getting fired for going to the washroom too frequently because I was on laxatives apparently wasn't a good enough reason, and i was fired. They make sure to let you know that you're not that important to them, and you're very replaceable. Not a very effective way to run a business, their turnover rate is awful for a reason. I got more respect working at a McDonald's, and the pay was the same at $11.50, not worth it to work here.

I worked in the Materials Department for several years, various roles and found everyone got along pretty good overall. You knew what was expected, we supported and helped each other when needed as the Covid years were pretty crazy. I have found this to be one of the friendliest companies I have worked for in many years, and would even go back to work there if an opportunity became available.

Some of the people. Met a few great people.

Just about everything. Childish unqualified management. Company constantly sending poor guality parts to the customer

Very poor. Nobody likes being there.

I was in maintenance so constantly fixing cheap machinery

I have been there for the very short time because this company policy is completely unacceptable and violate human dignity. I was working in accounting department and I was required to report to other team members every time I needed to go to washroom. I forgot to do it once and immediately I was reprimanded by my manager. Not sure who established this policy there but should be ashamed!!!! This kind of policies should be banned in any department by the higher management and HR!!!!

This company treats employees like garbage. Supervisors throw you under the bus to save themselves. When you ask for help you get written up. When you get harassed you get fired. They always pressure the hard workers while the slackers get to do whatever they want without issues. Lots of favouritism. Not everyone is held to the same standards and some will get disciplined for things while others get away with it

They really need to look in to longer breaks. And yet the hours suck. But that had all to do with me. Choosing the hours to work. But the management is great with the staff and yet it's very casual and lay back shift. Usually work the hours between 10pm-6am. It's now recently looking to extend and would be looking for more staff very shortly.
