Speak with and assist customers: create in-store displays, provide stock, answer question, find solutions, make register purchases/returns & exchanges, contact multiple locations for product searches, inventory counts.

Acquired superior customer service skills; recognized with multiple service and sales awards, via the excellent management team and the Home Office regulations of their Customer Care program.  

It was a lovely position to hold, to speak with interesting and kind customers every shift.

The most difficult part of the position was not always being able to fulfill the requests of the customers, due to low stock levels.

A typical day at work includes: helping customers with their purchases as well as providing them with solutions that meet their needs. Maintaining a good Sales per Hour, Average Sale, and Items per Sale. Help meet daily/weekly/monthly quota by providing all plausible solutions to your customers and maintaining the store and helping with merchandising.

Most enjoyable part of the job is being able to interact and meet new people and bettering your people skills with also working on your confidence in interacting with many different individuals.

A typical day at Bonnie Togs consists of assiting cumtomers and creating a clean safe enviroment. Merchandising and replenishing stock is a daily task. My co-workers are like family, the are all outgoing and excellent customer service representives. The most challenging part of the job is light traffic although there is always plenty of cleaning and merchandising to be done. The most enjoyable thing about my job is the customers! I love being able to provide complete solutions.

Nice store and great products. The company its self kept you up to date well with products and education. The employees got a bit too involved with personal lives. The hours were not steady at all and did not seem like a promising job to keep for the long run. Definitely recommend to shop there, the product is cheap and long lasting also with a great return policy!

I had a great learning opportunity during the 4 years I worked there.  In my opinion they need to have more employee incentives. Other than that it was a pretty good place to work with opportunities to advance.

Always interacting with new people and building great rapports. Designing your own work walls with merchandise. can be fast pace during different times. managing cash and being responsible for other employees. Being apart of store set ups.

I really enjoyed working within this company.  It's always different day to day and there is plenty of room for advancement. It can be a very physically draining job but usually quite enjoyable.

Felt bullied by some co-workers
Being the new employee they felt you deserved to do all the grunt work while they stood around and chatted
Hours went from 20+ per week down to 4
