If you’re looking for a fun team environment this is not the place for you!
Owners are nice, but the people they have in place as management are very young and immature, the have no formal management training and believe the best way to manage is through bullying and negative reinforcement of the entire team,the staff that work there are great but for many of them this is there first job and don’t know that the don’t have to work in such a negative environment 

Management talks  behind employees backs, owners put no effort or money into stores and blame employees for stores failings. Regularly talked down too and made to feel useless and stupid. Told not to turn a.c. on in 30+ degree weather, but rather open doors. Empty promises about raises and bonuses apon hiring. Told not making enough money to give hours but yet hire more people. Any request for time off, shift changes, ect are told not possible and no effort made. Honestly considered going to the ministry of labour and get these guys shut down.

What started out as a fun job turned into a nightmare pretty quick
Management is lazy and talks behind employees backs, refuse to get schedules out on a decent time.
Owners are out of touch and refuse to spend any money on the store.
Blames employees for company short comings. Often retaliates if you speak up about the mistreatment.
Overall wouldn't recommend they break so many labor laws it's astounding their allowed to operate 

I was treated very poorly by management and as a result my mental health as suffered.

If there are workplace issues then you are on your own.

This company only cares about money and not the people that work for them.

Stay away from this company.

Enjoyed learning about pet care, engaging with pets and in-store animals. Management and regular customers are kind. Supportive atmosphere and team. Very heavily customer service based, not for the socially anxious. Big store, lots of walking, lifting, and being on your feet, physically taxing.

Great place to work.
Boss always got us lunch on fridays after a day of deliveries.
There's a store cat which is lovely.
Regular customers who are friendly.
Easy job. No real promotions though.

- Learned a lot about animal needs and behaviors
- seeing dogs everyday is always bonus, and many people become regulars 
- weekly shipments product include many litter and large dog food bags

It was a part time job for me to earn some extra income and have a stress free environment.

I loved it and loved working with the dogs that would come through daily for their treats.

Great place to work, friendly staff and management.

Over all a 10/10 experience

nice customers and staff. Slow paced but can get busy at times. It is straight forward job and is perfect for students. Dress code is easy to follow and management is supportive and understanding

The owner of this Bosley’s is wonderful. My coworkers were so helpful and fun to work with. I absolutely loved my job! Wonderful coworkers, great customers and overall a really fun job!
