I recently joined BPA and my integration experience has been excellent. The onboarding process was smooth, and everyone I met has been very welcoming and helpful. The company fosters a positive work environment with great collaboration between colleagues.

BPA was a great place to work as a student and young professional. However, growth is limited and salaries are a bit lacking. Hours are flexible, paid vacation time, pretty decent work atmosphere. Flexible in-office and remote schedule available. 

Bpa has no pay equity program.  Overall good experience good people just really bad HR. Be careful you might be getting paid less than someone who just started that has a lot less experience.

I did not explore much because it was covid time and I only worked for 2 weeks but overall I learned from them a lot of Canadian standards. It was short but great.
