Most colleagues on the floor were great. Management was aloof and dismissive. When management did leave the offices,  They would only engage certain favoured employees. “New ideas” were submitted from every level of the organization but the only people who were consistently recognized were management & the favoured few. I guess if you pay enough you can be recognized for anything, Even one of the 50 Best. 

Was a pretty decent place to work overall and the coworkers were friendly. Plus the work/life balance was really good with a little optional overtime on the weekends. The pay could be a little better especially for employees who strive to do a good job, who go over and above to do better.

poor management skills and uneducated supervisors(high school dropout) with no knowledge of how to manage people. A very toxic work environment with lots of gossip and pretends like they care about their worker.

Love work there till they let someone pray during the hour shift that interfere work time. 
Got laid off because of that.  Their benefits and vacations are awesome which I love it even workshare bonus is pretty bonus nice.  

Frequent schedule changes, rotating from days to nights, guaranteed working on the weekend.  Facility is in rough shape as well.

It would me much better if upper management stopped using empty threats to get what they want.  

No matter how you put it, this is a job you want to get. The staff are fantastic, the benefits can't be beat, the pay is wonderful and the staff from one side of the country to the next are all amazing.

Not a bad place to work. The management was nice when i was there 7 years ago. Unfortunately the pay was only slightly higher than minimum wage and there wasn't much opportunity for overtime 

the only thing that I have to add is that sometimes there was miscommunication between management and millers. sometimes we would do clean the wrong seed because of this issue.

Great place to work with supportive bosses and coworkers. They supply lots of training and everyone helps out when needed. I learned what working like a team was really about. 

Too many supervisors not enough workers. Been told to different tasks then told to stop that task by another supervisor, just bad  Communication between supervisors and employees.
