Management has no idea what they are doing. You have any family emergency? Don’t expect any sympathy from the company. 

2019 management lacked organization. 2021 management is some how more Disorganized. They say to do orientation but don’t follow up and give a time or link to it. Then when told that; they pass the blame off onto you. I was at a family funeral. How hard is it for management to reschedule an online orientation and actually follow through with making sure the recipient gets the details? 

Very glad I went with another security company that has their act together. 

Work was enjoyable at Backwoods Security services and explained customer services and site and management was great and cared about their employees 

Careers was excellent and they cared about your safety and concerns as there was supervisor that come to see you if their was any concerns they have and they come to check on you every two days.

Learned  a lot about Pembina Pipeline
Great Management 
Relaxed Inclusive 
Shift starts either 430 AM or 430 PM. Very difficult.

12 hours day shift everyday every night

Too many tipical things. Younger Aboriginal young manager is great. Changed my mind. Learning from more Aboriginal People. Shelter, Casino, deepnight oneself patrolling, and deep frozen day walking around outside. 

Not a bad place to work just wish they kept more work in Calgary. They treat their workers well and it's an easy place to advance your career I became an event supervisor within a month of working with them.

This kind of work can be tedious, you
have to get use to standing but l  Like anything over time it gets better. My
boss is very respectful and he is easy
to work with.  This job can be fun to
work as my co-workers are great people.

Every job has its pro’s and con’s but
if you do your job and be professional 
it is a good place to be.


Work place is very good and they actually care about well being  and they do thier work professional done and supervisors  and management are friendly and kind 

It was fine, and I realized that at the work environment if the team members are nice and cooperative then you feel comfortable and more afficent at the given post.
