Someone said it here, and I totally subscribe to what that guy said about this place: nobody here cares about people, and people here don't care about the equipment. The wages are below the par, and the benefits are virtually non-existent; all they offer is drug coverage and a bare minimum for the chiropractor and psychologist. That's all. Very hot in the summer. The cheapest company I've ever come across.
Though if you don't have any real skills in trades and are desperate for any job, this place may work for you for a while. They need people real bad, and it takes a lot to get yourself fired.

Recommend to join only those who dont like to have any social life, work like a donkey, with no brain and always ready to accept new tasks and assignments without expecting raise in their pay.  No chance for advancement. And be ready to work under incapable persons. 

I don't know what's HR problem with visible minority. I applied for every opening they have. And I always rejected. So I had to investigate. What I found is logical.  They deal with what called head hunters!! Both parties have bonuses ( agency and the HR ). And they love, the incompetents ones and the Yes men's. 
So don't bother apply to this company if you name doesn't sound great for them.
The environment is too hot to work in.

My own experience has been positive especially with the  new management. They are always trying to improve working conditions in the plants and are committed to health and safety improvements. New benefits are being introduced which are quite interesting as they go a long way towards work/life balance.

Co-workers are fun to work with. Everyone is down to earth except the management. Can't take a decision without firing employees when you are already understaffed. And HR won't let you communicate them directly, you must go through your supervisor which increase the risk of sabotage and errors in your pay check and hours.

Working at Balcan was been a great experience! The company values its employees, fosters a positive work culture, and offers opportunities for learning and growth. I was happy to be part of such a supportive team.

Worst company I have ever worked,
HR team controls everything and all workers afraid from them like night mare.
No place to grow or get experience,If you are going to work to spend your 8 Hrs without getting any knowledge this place  great for you.

Fast-paced Environment but if you like that, you will love it. 
Sense of family belonging in the office that I really appreciated. 
The gym is a nice perk. Nice offices and new machines.

The work environment was good and all people were helpful . We get tools when we start working in this company. I have skilled in operater helper . In which i used to operate printing machine and forklift
