What is the best part of working at the company?
Good people, good money. Only downside is when you go for days off it could go from 2 days off to 4 or 5 depending on what equipment is available. Most days off were only 2-3 days off though. Hauled condy, never should have left !!

Didnt know if days off were 2 days or 3 to 4 days.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Good, no to low stress. No rush. No screamers in the office. Good office staff.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
14 hrs or more a day, little to no waiting, good customers. No pressure.

Only been with them about 6 months, but I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. Fair, caring, enabling, and encouraging. They have treated me with genuine respect and fairness, understanding that when we can work together to achieve a safe and relatively stress free environment, both company and driver needs are met, and everyone wins.

I worked for this company for 6 months and was made to feel small, unimportant and just a person to drop anything that went wrong in the office on. Its a family ran business,3 sons, father, mother, daughter in law and dads brother and sister. You wont fit in if your an outsider. They will make feel like a second class citizen at every turn. I sat for 2 months doing nothing, because they wont trust you if your not in their group.

Fairly steady work, good equipment and maintenance (no touch for drivers), pay is fair although standby time is not always paid out 100% if you wait to unload. They have a good core of drivers although fast expansion has them bringing in more lease ops and lowering some hiring standards. Company guys will work before lease ops but there always was enough to go around. Whiners and slackers steer clear

Very poorly managed company. Sporadic hours and constant last minute schedule changes. The only good things about this place is the pay and a handful of other employees. Management is very negative and prone to mood swings creating an unnecessary stressful work environment.
I would not recommend working here. Not even for the pay.

Started out as a small family business, has grown aggressively over the short time I have been there. Emphasis on professionalism and quality of execution. Still experiencing growing pains

Dispatch is easy to work with, you do your job and they leave you alone.
Field Supervisor is experienced, knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
The shop does a good job of going through trucks and trailers regularly. 

A great place to work for so far. Only been here for 3 months, but I've enjoyed it so far. 
Dispatch seems pretty decent to deal with, Management seems easy to talk to, Wages seem good. Pretty happy so far.

Good boss, had issues with some coworkers. People who owned the business were pleasant to deal with and had your back. Hard work but decent wages and benefits.

Very good company, accommodating to time off if needed , expect to run your 70 hours , dispatch is very good at setting up your week most of the time . Winter is definitely the busiest
