What is the best part of working at the company?
Working with a group of people the has proper attitude to one another to get work completed in a safe and competent fashion. In an organized environment with all the challenges trade’s people could endure to challenge. Wheather conditions bring out many different challenges and suppervisory group contain the mentality and stress of the workers to great avail.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
To my point of view the shift rotation do not give the employee fair and ample time to make family time available 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Very repetitive and because of the city environment causes a routine amount  of stress with the trades and supervision staff .

Great Place to work Great Management if lucky on formam every forman is different Co workers are amazing  The Pay was Great Big Inch Pipe Means Big checks there Union Company with being in a Union you get paid Weekly with Benefits Health Pension Life Insurance and overall Great Company Best Company I ever worked for.  if you're not union the benefits are different i'm not 100% sure talk with fincal team i would say Being apart of the union get major benefits must apply and Sign up to become union worker with 1611 International Union Labour Board (Liuna 1611)

Typical day, get on the bus at 7am drive to site,safety meeting and go over daily plans and production goals then hit the ground running. 
Some crews are not so organized and a bit likeorganized chaos.
Depending on you crew you can be treated like part of a team with good conrodery and moral.
If you know what you're doing or have a good head on your shoulders, you'll make good money and learn a lot.
You can also make some good contacts.
Overall it was a great opportunity to make some money and add skills to my resume.

Camp life, long days, not much time off

A little bit of favouritism amongst employees

Long hours, steady and good work

Worked here for way longer then I should have even though I worked 6 days a week for years straight they kept me as a temp so they didn't have to give benefits or pay holidays to very very bad company if you're non union. They don't fix their equipment properly. The CEO came out one day and the mechanics where getting fed up. And all he said was I can go into town and shake a tree and 20 of you fill fall out so quit.

For me, I worked in a spot where supervision, and client supervision could look out their window and see me at any time.

A very safe culture, a job isn’t worth doing if you can’t do it safely

Depends if you in camp or on LOA If your in camp then you wake up go for breakfast they supply your lunch and ypu take bus out o the line you get you 15 at break lunch is half hour next breaks a 15 safety comes first wearing all PPE at all times

An amazing company with wonderful and hard working individuals. I learned many different skill sets by working with them. Most valuable being moved to upper management and learning to coordinate a group of employees.
