I started work at 5:30 am by opening the company doors and putting off the alarm before access by other employees. Ensured that all was ready (material, manpower, machinery) for smooth start of shift at 6:00 am. 

Coordinated 4 different units with an average manpower of 20. Collaborated with other departments (quality control, warehouse, R&D), and management (production manager, human resource, planning), to achieve objectives. Had very dedicated and cooperative co-workers. Learned to work with, and managed people of different backgrounds.

The most difficult part of the job at the beginning was starting too early and closing most of the time later than expected, but gradually became use to it. What I enjoyed most were the weekly production meetings during which pertinent issues were addressed.

Company started off fine work load is way more then what it is worth getting paid for . There cheep ... they like to push you to your limit for the buck no raise or increase. You work alone in the wearhouse  at time no suport very dangerous  . The wearhouse  is always overloaded with stock you cant get work orders done because of bad  logistical management . The lifts are always breaking down the operation manager does not care or know how to maintain  operational standard  of equipment  all they care about is production.  Most of the problems  are because of the superiors who conduct the pass the blame  routine on staff  but never themselfs    even if thus company is growing  they need better management to run it  the people working there srarted with them when they were small so there thi king the same way. DONT WORK THERE IF YOU WANT YOUR SANITY  .

Working in r&d, the only “positive thing” is that we have flexible hours. However management is lacking people’s skills, there is a lack of involvement, lack of respect. The amount of missing employees is so significant because everyone would leave every month. This company doesn’t care about you, there are no values. No employee recognition, salary is low, no benefits, the insurance is expensive, the location is far and there is a lot of traffic (trucks). They force people to come back to the office even after 2 years of working well remotely (for office people that didn’t have to come to work physically) and I could go on and on

The place makes food, so it smells. I would come home and have to change right away. No 5-7 straight from work.
Management was never really present.
HR was very formal when they wanted to be.
No corporate activities, no team bonding, no cross department anything, no mingling between office and factory staff. Parking was good if you get there early.
Lachine facility is located in an industrial park so lunch options are limited if you don’t drive.

It s high paced working environment. It has lot of scope to grow. the management style is very relaxed. Although it gives lot of room to work till things lag behind. The hardest part of the job was to work in political environment rather than performance based.

The enjoyable part of the job was that because it is mid size company people know each other on a personal level.

Very fast pace work. You must be a very good team player and cooperative. You have to be a multi tax worker. Workers basically stand behind each other collecting the products as they pass on the shelves. If the first person misses it, the next person have to get it and so on.
Fridays are cleaning days. Wishing the dishes and every equipment used on previous days. 

You can be sack at any time for no reason just because supervisor jare your face. The work is not stable. Its better you go there on daily basis with your factory boots in your bag because you may be called not to come again.

Management should be better and better salary so that people can stick around more.They demand a lot from you but the pay is bad.It will be a good place to work if every one was on the same page

It would depends in which department you'll be working in and your supervisor. It has been overall a pleasant and learning experience to work at Bariatrix. I have met great people.

They have have all the tools to help workers to get the job done a good working place very good environment good production line 
We all work as a family all a team work  it was a great experience working bariatrix.
