Very ignorant management not a nice place to work

Working with current employees who have no willingness to teach or guide others, would rather watch you fail

Unfair and Biased Toward existing workers 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Job itself was easy, dealing with coworkers was the hardest part

If you think you can get hours signed guess again and if you want to start a family guess what nah don’t think about it if you want hours for apprenticeship go do shutdown not here no Journeymen nothing. Waiting for equipment or ppe took forever to come in and when equipment came it it was some cheap knockoff that a higher up has a buddy in that company parts break quick 

i would go to work the other plant workers would fill the racks full of fish and i would wheel it to the the blast frezzers and then wright down what size the fish were n the number rack it was on then it would be checked by a manager the cultures of the work place it amazing also the hardest part of my job was keeping all the numbers in order the most enjoyable part of the day was knowing you punched a hard day and you are leaving on a good note

Most days it was very busy which was good.  I enjoy being busy.  The hardest part about the job was having to wait on other people for approvals.  The most enjoyable part about the job was knowing that you went the extra mile to help someone out and they appreciated that.

Working at the Barry Group has given me a lot of knowledge and experience. Its a great place with great staff. Salary is good and management is friendly and understanding. Honestly one of the best companies I have ever worked at. 

Most start the next day.  Its located next to tim Hortons in neguac. Starts beginning of May ends approximately 1 week before Xmas.  Bonuses are possible with more effort   strict on quality of work and cleanliness of his staff.  

I like working there but would like to be working longer and making more money. Not really any job security because of the declining in crab.. I'm getting less hours every year

I work in an office dealing with the company numbers. 
Costing, making sure all paper work is correct so I can key in accurate numbers, making sure we have a profit at the end of the day. I also do accounts payable.
