Absolutely nothing was good, management always fighting and blaming other people for problems that cant be resolved, employees are a bunch of backstabbers

Bad bad bad worse and just when that was bad it gets worse

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Boring and then management forgets something and says they didnt and blames the employees

Whether on or off a Workshift, the team at BAT has Challenged and supported me to reach my maximum potential.
I have never had to negotiate for pay increase or time off, the company has always been pro-active with incentive and recognition.
The challenging conditions of Geotechnical stabilization never let me get too comfortable or complacent.

BAT Construction has treated me well so far. I have been given many opportunities to learn, advance, and work with great people. Since the Management change a couple of years ago BAT has come a long way in every field and all of its operations. I see huge potential here for growth!

Excellent contractor to work for. The brand new management has developed a great safety culture and applies modern high angle techniques and equipment. The crew and personnel are outstanding and really knowledgeable and resourceful.

Like I said. Do your job responsibly  and they will give you there full support

very fun work place hard work and a lot of heavy lifting i enjoyed it very much so. A lot of outside work as well that is another thing I liked about it management was really well and easy to get along with

Toxic work environment, and lied to constantly, Will fire a guy from one job for drinking or drugs and send him to adifferent job. No professionalism, and poor understanding of rope access work let alone drilling.

At BAT Construction I learned so much about civil work, safety culture, shotcrete and drilling from great knowledge coworker. The office manager was epic.

Tough work with opportunity to grow and stay. Must have willingness to work long hours. Union requirement. Union is fairly poor quality, definitely much better ones out there.
