During your training, people will act extremely sweet to you and encouraging (which is great!) but the second your training is over, you're not really treated the same by most people.

In the interview, we were told that people are rarely stuck in the same role a few days in a row, but I was permanently put on cash and expected to stay there until I was told to leave. If I wanted to walk around to stretch my legs, I would go fix up the displays or return things left at the cash when there was absolutely no line, or if there was someone at the cash to cover it. If the full-time workers saw me doing this, sometimes they would take the products from me and tell me to go back to cash, or ask me where the schedule placed me and why I was up in the front of the store.

Numerous customers came to the cash registers to ask for help because the managers and full-time workers were always talking in a circle in the store or in the back, and they felt bad about interrupting their conversation.

A lot of the workers also have permanent resting annoyed faces, or are just annoyed period. They look very unapproachable, even as someone who worked there.

If you wanted to be a part of that conversation, they would make no effort to include you even if you asked questions, or were standing there in their group. Every conversation I had with the managers or half of the workers was very awkward because they clearly didn't want to talk to me or involve me in conversations. They would either stop talking and walk off to do something, but would continue the conversation seconds ten seconds after I left. It's stupidly clique-like.

Hours are as you would expect for a seasonal worker. Nothing for 2 weeks, then slowly one shift a week, quite a lot for the holidays, then back down to nothing at all.

Gratis is nice though. Sometimes. You can get a free 3-wick, or even a multiple things. Other times you get a singular wallflower without a plug. 

Talked to people all shift, worked mall hours, show customers products they may like. Restocked the shelves, received inventory, rotated and labeled boxes, did cash and night shifts. Management was great very vocal and always nice to all employees. Co-workers all around the same age all got along. Hardest part of the job was the high volume of customers walking around at times. Most enjoyable was communicating with customers.

As a fellow employee, I can say this sales associate is reliable, friendly, and great with customers. They do a good job staying knowledgeable about products and promotions and are always willing to help on the sales floor. They work well with the team and keep a positive attitude, even during busy shifts. With a bit more consistency during peak hours, they could easily be a five-star associate.

This was a great place to learn, the people where very nice and had no problem answering any questions. They are a really good company to work for and are willing to teach every job that you ask about.

Rude managers and very pressurized environment. They dont give any value to the employees. Always yelling on the walkie to meet the target. We are forced to go to the customers several times to make them purchase and they will be get irritated

I enjoyed working at bath and body works, I got to experience working in all areas of the store. The staff are friendly but they don't have many shifts available.

It’s a great place to work at with great people, it offers the true base of a first job. The management is practically perfection and is very free flow for when you can and can’t work.

Making sure customers were looked after and I rang in orders for customers and kept the store tidy and stocked. I didn't like that it was only seasonal, Christmas.

Decent workplace for a student
Schedules and management are okay.
Just be ready to constantly get a headache from the strong perfume smell in the shop.
Overall I enjoyed my time there

Was a very good job , love to help people and for there needs if I can , was an awesome place to work for , also I also worked in the office , , plus Security on week ends ,
