Management continued to develop the overall relationship with it's employees involving the teams in various appreciation activities outside the normal work schedules

In the beginning working within the Hockey Industry allowed access and availability to meet Professionals with NHL history. Players would often visit our location to pick up various equipment supplies or just chat with supporting crews. As the world standings changed over time player visits to the facility decreased.

I had a great experience, I have learned a lot while working at Bauer Hockey. There is a lot to know. Dealing with customers on the phone and dealing with irate customers that are not happy. I have supervised my department while my supervisor had some time off. The other employees within the department would always come to me for help as well as customer service department if they had questions.
I am very thankful for the experience that I have gained while working at Bauer Hockey Corp.

I worked myself to the bone and I was simply laid off without a valid reason. Employees whom were hired after me still stayed on. I was given no reason for being laid off, however after going through all the details i have come to the conclusion the department manager was never present during the interview hence why I was let go of. The other reason is probably my skin colour as I was one of the 4 ppl whom were not caucasian. I feel I was just hired to satisfy the numbers.

Great looking office, good working environment to engineers. On the job time devoted to ongoing learning (monthly day of learning, on site lectures and events) and global hack events giving lots of opps to learn. Some offices have Maker centers for access to maker/IoT device development (for fun).

when you work and other people make nosie it's not really a cool place, everybody wants to be google but not many have the money to afford the REAL lifestyle

I believe that being in the sports industry, especially hockey (in Canada) brings out the best in every worker. It does not really feels like a job, there is a 'cool' aspect to it.

fast paced and enjoyable work environment with many great company perks. Great coworkers and friendly client base. Nice environment
