This company said everything i wanted to hear in the interview process and pre interview but then was a different story when i was working for them and had already left my previous employment . Being a professional mechanic working in the industry for the better part of 20 years this company definitely hands down was the most corrupt and disorganized place i ever worked for , they expect me and others to put home life aside and think only about them , they expected me and others to work the positions of several people and the work load just keeped pilling , promises of bonus and extra pay that was never seen or given.  In my experience, empty promises is all i found and a high turnover in shop and administrations leaving the remaining staff with unrealistic work loads . Something to consider 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Good commissions. Work and learn on your own

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Very little training and no support.  There are people to call but they don't answer their phone and slow or forget to call you back.  Poison environment with other salesmen who work
 against you.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Poison environment with Sales, Parts, Service and Truck shop all working to pad their own departments numbers and make maximum profit from internal transactions.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
8-5 plus Saturdays 8 to noon with after hours sales expected and based on 4o hour salary.

I have worked at many dealerships and since coming to Bayview I have found a place that runs much smoother than any other place I have worked. The management is wonderful! They made sure I had everything I needed (supplies, clothes, office set up). Anything I needed to make my job easier was provided. Work and home life balance is the best it's been since coming to Bayview. The hardest part would be staying on top of work orders and time management. The foreman are always there to help me if needed. This is defiantly a place I see myself retiring at. Very grateful for my Bayview family!

I was always  happy to go to work each day and always felt appreciated  for my contributions. Everyone was very committed  to working as part of a team to meet company goals and expectations weekly and monthly.   I would highly  recommend  working for Bayview  Trucks  and  Equipment! 

Very low pay for a licenced t&t. Was promised more after 6 months. After almost 8 years didn’t go up. Training was good. Support was ok. Most times it was busy.lots of turn around on employees 

This company has a very supportive team environment.  I definitely made the right choice to come to work for Bayview.  I started as an apprentice and will retire here someday as a Red Seal certified technician.  There is a great team that works here, and everyone gets along well.

Bayview is a good place to start your T&T Career, If you have the ability to learn new things you can have a long Career here.  They have a strong management team and go the extra mile.

They expect you to do the job of 3 or more 
Everyone is hot tempered.
5 quit/fired during 2 months.
Not a good place to work for, very toxic environment 


Sometimes unorganized. But pretty laid back. Good people. Vacation pay. Benefits are good. Monday to friday work. Lots of training optional. New building.
