This company does not try to make their employees feel valued. You are left feeling stupid and replaceable. Never given a "good job" just given a talking to when you mess up. The culture is toxic. Being intimidated by management is a regular occurrence. Or your concerns being pushed off to the side and never important enough to deal with. Saying management is unprofessional would be an understatement. There is no want to develop employees or promote from within. Lots of favoritism from the dispatcher.  Just all around a nightmare of an organization.

I don't recommend driving gravel truck on the TMEP for these guys. The pay rate sounds ok, but understand they don't pay OT. I'm not sure how they manage that. As a result, it's a revolving door of Driver's and very low morale. 

Also, management never have a good word to say about anything or anyone.

There are plenty of better outfits to work for on the TMEP that will give you a better rate, pay OT, and not treat you like something they found stuck to the bottom of their shoe.

I have now worked for BDS trucking for a year now I would have to say its the best company I have worked for. They are always looking out for the best interest of all employees. very easy going people in and out of the office. The pay is very good and the schedule between work and home is very good. Anyone looking for an amazing company to work for this is the place to work. We are not just a number to BDS we are treated like friends and family

Nothing at all truck push has little man syndrome. Can’t say nothing with out threats.  Joke of a human being

Fairly new to the company so far, but in my experience so far, management is very fair, knowledgeable and helpful, well maintained equipment, and a positive work atmosphere. All staff friendly, knowledgeable and want to see a person succeed. Always room to advance skills, fast paced environment, team environment. 

Trucks are old poorly maintained
Gave me truck trailer s that were involved in accidents day beforehand missing parts etc.
They had an office in Abbotsford so many complaints from drivers they just packed up and left in middle of the night didn't pay dozens of drivers yet owners sond drives around in 1/2 million dollars Bentleys 

The company is a family owned business. The culture and workplace is welcoming. There's a lot of room to grow, just seek help and the management will help you. The hardest part is knowing where your role ends, but the enjoyable part is the learnings can be unlimited. 

I’ve worked at BDS for two and a half years. I’ve experience a family orientated atmosphere with unlimited potential for advancement. I would highly recommended a career with BDS if you’re looking for great pay, consistent and abundant work loads, and late model well maintained equipment. 

Amazing work setting, great people to work with. Very helpful, very family orientated, understanding, kind organization.  I would recommend anyone work there. Love this company have much appreciation for everyone. Spectacular crew!! 🙌  Keep up the great work BDS .
