I worked at Beachhead for close to 3 months as a Recruitment Specialist and even though my stint with Beachhead was brief, I had a great learning experience. As a senior recruiter while I was given space to work on my own, i was also given constructive feedback and encouraged as and when required. For Beachhead, client and consultant satisfaction is of utmost priority and recruiters are always encouraged to match the right candidate to the right role. While other organizations including recruitment agencies started laying off employees at the slight mention of Covid 19, Beachhead was one of the very few recruitment agencies not to follow suit and instead motivated us to keep pipelining candidates for future opportunities. While Beachhead takes it's work seriously, they also know how to have fun while working. The management is transparent, approachable and ever ready to assist with regular check in's and i will definitely miss working here. I would recommend Beachhead to fellow recruiters looking to learn and grow in their career.

I’ve been working with BeachHead for more than 6 years. I started as a Recruiter and progressed to a Sr. Recruitment Specialist and was soon promoted to a "Team Leader" to mentor and coach junior recruiters in the team. Within a short span of time, I achieved the highlight of my career as a "Recruitment Manager". It has been a great journey so far. The management is very supportive and provides room to learn and grow. They have an open door policy, no micro-management and they motivate each and every employee to leave their comfort zone to try new and challenging things.  If you are looking for a “CAREER” not a “JOB” BeachHead is the right company to work with.

Worst place I've ever worked at. Senior employees are very cliquey and are not welcoming at all. Management puts way too much pressure on everyone to meet the numbers, which is the only thing they are concerned about. They monitor you 24/7 and expect you to reach unrealistic targets. They are not motivating or encouraging at all, even though they make it seem like they are. The office itself is set up in a way that does not allow teamwork or collaboration, you are pretty much on your own. The pay structure/commission is also not great. Overall, a terrible place to work!

The Management is insane and believes in micromanagement. The commission they offer are peanuts, they basically exploit their employees. The Management is egoistic and takes everything personally. If you do not want peace of mind, mental health, work life balance, do not mind being told what to do and what not to go ahead and join this organization. They treat you like you are 5 years old and have no respect for their employees. They are also super biased and show favoritism. Worst place EVERRRR.

No support, no motivation from upper management, you're on your own, if you make a mistake it's a big deal...they might no show it right away but you'll see the repercussions later.
No internal growth opportunities, small company, family owned but all they really want is make money from you..!!!
Commission structure is also very unfair.

It feels great to be a part of the company who cares for their employees. Extremely supportive management, Team Lead and seniors. They practice and teach best quality recruitment, delivery and candidate management strategies. Especially the Recruitment Team Lead is highly energetic, passionate and motivated person with whom you would love to work with and learn from the experience. Great work-life balance. Extremely good managing partners, they give ample opportunities to grow...

I have been working with BeachHead for over a year now. This was my first job in my profession after moving to Canada. The management and my coworkers have stood by me in every difficult situation I had which includes the COVID 19 crisis. BeachHead team is extremely understanding and is genuinely happy for our growth and success.

My experience with beachhead has been wonderful so far. The management trusted my abilities and gave me an opportunity to work whereas the other employers only wanted Canadian experience. This is a boutique firm with warm and welcoming work culture. 
They have the best financial clients in the Canadian market for IT staffing. They treat their contractors and clients with respect and make sure the services offered are extraordinary.

I have enjoyed working at BeachHead.  Yes, it is a fast-paced due to the amount of jobs from the clients, but the atmosphere is collaborative, fun team environment, and there are lots of opportunities for placements.  

Management is supportive and not overbearing, and will assist you if you need it.  Quick scrum meeting in the morning and then off to the recruitment race.  Recruiters are provided with all of the tools to do their job.
