Work is something to look forward to each and everyday. This is an environment that allows you interact with various individuals with peculiar characteristics and needs.  To be in a position to attend to those daily needs gives me great pleasure and equally a sense of responsibility. More importantly, getting to be of positive influence in other individual's lives is most delightful and fulfilling. Quite a lot of behavioral managerial work comes along with the  job as the individuals/ clients grow. This makes one do series of behavioral and developmental analysis that impacts on how my colleagues and I work and interact with the individuals in the work place. The team effort with my colleagues keeps the motivation going to continuously deliver the best performance. It is always an on-going process having to come up with new and better strategies to get through work.

They keep to their word, you get trained and they hired you 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The work is not complete stressful but all jobs come with Thor own challenges

Great you are working with people with great knowledge and experience 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
My co-worker they are very nice and read to teach me what I don’t know

BC is a training ground for me and I enjoy working with  them most especially making the clients happy is my joy. working as a support worker when my location was affected by covid-19,  I got infected.  then after two weeks in isolation, I tested negative and immediately went back to work. many other staff ran away but I still work till date.

What is the best part of working at the company?
I learnt a lot about caregiving

Meeting up with deadlines while maintaining professional boundaries

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Perfect , absolutely perfect . The environment is cool, 


What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Hectic but every bit of it worth it

the first at work , I was welcomed and go through the work book and started my training. I was trained for three days and learnt about the members im gonna be supporting. I later wrote a test after each section of the training. It was a good place to work but hard sometimes when trying to support them to do what is required.

Every company or every job has it own challenges 
But I feel great and blessed for working with a reputable company like BehaviorPrise consulting Inc.

It was a great experience. The pay was more compared to other agencies at the time. The job security and advocacy was beyond normal; every complain is treated and investigated before any action is taken.

Working experience is fantastic, friendly and professional. It is good working with the organization because of interpersonal working relationship between staffs, especially the admin staffs.
