What is the best part of working at the company?
The guys in the shop. And everyone one else except for management.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most stressful part was not being able to learn as much as I needed to learn to carry on with my job.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Verbally abusive and u fair pay for people in the exact same position. Family favourited over outsiders.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Pretty demanding. Useless tasks that had nothing to do with my job description.

Pay could have been better but staff and management were very good, taught me a lot and gave me a chance in a department I knew very little of. I learned a lot and had lots of fun along the way thanks to one good Parts Manager Cliff Miles. He kept me together and simplified complex tasks, he also kept the job and department fun. I ultimately left here to pursue Sales which was my goal but would return in a second if I had to.

I learned a great deal about retail and retail management with this company.  A very fun culture, diverse workforce and a great place to progress one's career and grow with the company.

Fast paced commission based retail environment that is very sales/results driven.

Loved learning and dealing with new technology.

Great people to work with! A lot of have been with the company for several years. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. The pay rates are fair and generous. A family owned and operated business that allows you to have your own personal life outside of work. Hours are set and don't change much.

Always forward to the wind velocity of the world and the world is the way to go to work from home and to the fullest with the future and your family in advance for your assistance and support of your business and the success of your company.

With the blessing of ownership I took the Used Car Department to its most productive retail sales and highest profit per unit sold! Cleaned up inventory to reflect true numbers and values. Got the levels of Used Car reconditioning to an art form!

I love working here from day 1 until now because I learned a lot especially in car business. Easy to get along with workmates. Good workplace for career development.

Recommend to anyone who would be interested in working there. 
Amazing staff, great family owned company and warm work athmosphere. 
It is one big family there.
