The job is stressful all the time. 
There are three different managers managing myself alone for months doing tasks for over ten different projects. The managers barely communicate on any subject other than fight over whose work I should prioritize. 
People quit in this company very often and the managment refuse to hire new people. 
The biggest challenge for me is figuring out how to cover three people's work load with only double the hours.
The biggest enjoyment of the job is knowing how much I have learned from all the long hours and hard working.

Great place to get experience with trucking or operating equipment.  But the more you do the more they will want from you with zero compensation on wages. They treat you like you live to work rather than work to live. If you're not a "yes" man/woman, they will treat you like garbage, give you the garbage jobs and look for any reason to get rid of you. Then lie to you and ei to make sure you're denied of a ei claim.  Crooked snakes that rip off the city and government. Job security is a myth, despite how you help them and what you do for them.

Very busy company .  Lots going on. Keeps employees busy

There is no stress working at belanger.  The communication between office staff and employees is impecable.  

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment is friendly.  Your treated like family at belanger. The culture is very divese with a large range of ethnic backgroumds working at belanger .

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Typical day is filled doing whatever the owner wants and what ever the bosses want . Busy .busy busy

What is the best part of working at the company?
Learning new ways lot different that forestry and mine a lot more eyes on everything has to look good nothing bad 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Gas lines and on Main Street there was some one always watching us it wasn’t bad 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Just keep trucks moving and don’t let machine just idle it was always busy just like most jobs ppl do and just be safe

After the mines closed in the cobalt area I worked in construction till my family all finshed there education  I went into the construction field and now would like to get back into mining . I enjoyed working in the stopes, rock bolting with a stopper and jackleg and drilling with a long tom in the drifts

My typical day working with belanger is a 12 hr day. doing my morning pre-trips, pick up and haul material to and from job sites. also doing enroute and post trip inspections. some operating of heavy equipement, eg. front end loaders. the most enjoyable part about this job is learning to use the equipement and obtaining experiences.

Co-workers are great to work with. However you are barely home and always go go go. Sometimes you get so carried away on getting the job done that you end up missing your breaks. If you like long hours there are definitely a lot of overtime. Some supervisors are great to work with and some, you will hate working with.

Wake up go to work Everyone is mad until they get there drug in and go about there day don't teach u much some good guys but very rare I've maybe met 3 or 4 good guys in my year there the company in going under 

Old school, unorganized, unsystematic, unhappy environment. One man show and your main role is going to be to take blame for all mistakes. If you have to take the job, brace for a a regrettable time. 

i was working there for a month and i was good at my job, but they let me go, told me they did not want me anymore, i was inquiring about school to become a mechanic to get an apprentiship there , the boss made me buy 270 dollars worth of tools to work as a mechanic and then let me go.
