During my time there not only did you have to deal with rude customers. Management were always coaching to things you couldn't help. If someone was set on canceling its almost like they wanted you to lie to stop them from canceling. They dramatically lowered their discounts and expected us to upsell customers who often were frustrated due to lack of quality service. They wanted you to connect with the customer but don't want you to spend too much time on a call. The bonuses would encourage agents to do shady things to get that extra cash. Which the decent agents would now need to fix or tell the customer the correct information which resulted in understandable anger and disappointment as well as entitlement from customers. Some agents would go as far as to hangup during transfer to protect their metrica. Management views everyone as numbers and often the only advice they have is redundant as it's legit in the articles we are forced to follow.  For the amount of stress you deal with the pay is not appropriate. Would not go back EVER! If you really need the cash I understand but it really does chip away at you especially if you are a decent person. It's definitely not sustainable to work for a company like this, their turnover rate is a clear indication of that.

- I always say that the most typical part of my work week includes "clicking on buttons" and "paying people"  I like to simplify what I do.  The rest of my week is NEVER typical - it seems to be always filled with fun stuff to investigate and determine cause and resolution.

- I have learned that there is a LOT of work and energy put into a person's paycheque and I will never take it for granted again.
-management is a tough one.  Sometimes I have enjoyed working with some of my past managers where as there were others I have not. 

- hardest part of my job - hmmmmmm  I would have to say that working with a piece of software that I had no training on . So I turn to Google.  Sometimes it has REALLY helped a lot.  I love to be a resourceful person.  And when I do find the answer, I DOCUMENT it.  I document everything that I do so that in the event of getting "hit by the preverbial bus", someone will know what to do because I have it documented.

Great pay and bonuses reasonable opportunity to move around 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The fluctuations in shifts not often have consecutive days off
Just a very gruelling schedule for call centre staff . A manager could make or break your experience. A lot of very ignorant managers and unprofessional work environment very loud and bad language especially managers

Very stressful schedules not caring about employees work life balance . Very  unhealthy mentally and emotionally as a result

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressful . Unreasonable demands to move as fast as possible with inadequate programs and provide horrible customer service using company methods that did not actually work

I started checking boilers safety test and chemical test in winter, then I do my routine work ,
Monthly I test fire alarm and fire pump.
I do my preventive maintenance programm (pmr) on regular basis and when completed sent to our head office.
I deal with bell mts and outside contractors on regular basis.
Most of the time I made my own decsicion but if I need help I contacted my manager.
The most enjoyable part of my work is always different never get bored and learn everyday.
The hardest part is when I get different big problems at the same time, when fire alarm went off,fire pump started and have water leak in the building.

pretty good job, commission either makes or breaks the job experience. although this is a sales representative job there is a lot of customer service follow up. For example if you sell a phone you may have customers that you spend an hour with explaining simple things such as how to restart an Iphone while others are making more sales. But that's more dependent on location as i worked in an area with a high senior population. i'm sure other locations would be much better.

For 6 years I worked my way up from just simple Wireless Billing  (explaining bills to customers) up to handling all lines of service (Home Phone, Internet, TV, Cellular). 
This was a great company to work for while I was there and left only to start a new business. I would easily go back if they didn't move their call center operations from Winnipeg to Ontario somewhere. 
Ages ranged from 19 to almost retirement. Some had been there for their ENTIRE working life. Just think about how crazy that is. 
Best company to work for at any age.

I would never recommend to work for Bell and BellMTS is no different, I enjoyed the job when I first started but the take over of MTS from Bell made the workplace unbearable. Bell is a terrible company to work for. My mental state was the darkest it had ever been while I was there, funny for a company who loves to "promote" (read: tax breaks) mental health. 

Within the department I was in, I left that time management / project management, was a definite issues. Projects would go over for several groups because of constant re-juggling of priorities. Otherwise, the environment was well setup and the people that worked there were very positive and great to work with.

The job is fairly straightforward. The pay was fine however, certain parts of your day can be stressful and mentally draining.  Certain work processes can be a bit too complex at times.  Depressing work environment leads to workplace toxicity.

Working from home benefits are decent but they lowball you on salary

Never knowing if I'm going to  be fired ways feeling like I'm an outsider

I barely got to. meet anyone I work remotely
