A typical day at work is  involves providing compassionate care and understanding clients' needs. Through this role, I  learn about enhancing quality of life, managing symptoms, and the importance of clear communication. 
In terms of management, i work within a care team to ensure clients receive the best support. 
The workplace culture emphasizes empathy, teamwork, and patient-centered care.

The hardest part of the job  is witnessing the progression of loss of functioning in individuals with complex conditions. 
However, the most enjoyable part is making a positive impact on clients' lives and providing comfort during challenging times,  playing  a crucial role in supporting individuals and their families. 

Hands – on experience in Health Care Aides
•       Successfully trained in Optimal Support and Care Planning, Death and Grieving Process, Medication Assistance, Mobility, Transfer and Lifting techniques, Cognitive/Perceptual Disorders, Meal preparation and Household Management
•        Over 8 years of experience working with seniors and a good understanding of support services for seniors and persons with disabilities
•       Strong sense of responsibility work independently or in a team 
•       Excellent interpersonal, written and oral skills.
•       Flexible with positive attitude towards learning and accepting challenges.
•       Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a high demand environment effectively.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Working individually one by one with the clients know the clients need and learning everyday more about client need .

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Manager . Don’t see the hard work the staff and being very favourite to others staff

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Coworkers helpful and understanding the clients . I have very nice experience with my colleagues.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Get a work recibe my schedule for the day  check it n my clients to see they are ok provide care and get them ready for the day.

Flexible hours. I love the independence this job gives 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Driving to a from clients . I wish clients hours were longer or closer 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very relax . I learned a lot .

Too much driving at times wasted hours

Bellwoods helps mostly young and elderly disabled people in the community. They have provided services for homeless disabled people. Working at Bellwoods is nice place to work some clients are very challenging as long as workers knows the effective way of client handing.

A place with hard working easy going individuals.

Staff are unionized:It was a new experience and I learned a great deal.I enjoyed being a suppotive yet strict manager.

Staff and clients all had very strong personalities.

field staff is not given enough support, taking clients schedules is always a problem, beware of preferential treatment and nepotism in this organizations. Workers union is slow and useless.

I am proud to be a member of this family. The staff provide EXCELLENT, SAFE and LOVING care to their clients. The administrative staff are wonderful and approachable.Together,  the clients, support workers and the admin. staffs make an excellent team.

Working and assisting the clients was a rewarding and positive experience.  I learned what it was like to be in their shoes.  The hardest part of the job was being on the front line.
