production is pushed to achieve high numbers over quality. group leaders in charge of employees do no troubleshooting or  checking of line /machine faults. the setup personnel do tool changes only. maintenance millwrights are to answer all calls for machine issues, from resets to sensor adjustments and troubleshooting for bad material. there are no machine manuals or drawings to reference or aid maintenance dept. the company itself is in trouble with its customers and barely making profits. high turn around in all departments. i have worked there almost 3 years on night shift.  most it by myself as the maintenance technician for 3 plants being promised they are trying to hire help. with very little prospects being shown.  upgrades and program changes to machines being done on day shift and not communicated to other shifts or departments.

when I was a temp worker,I had a great idea to have me go to robot tech,school to learn how to fix robots on afternoon shift.they had alot of re/work at that time.Only one robot tech was there.the existing robot tech at that time had an ego,and said it'd be a cold day in HELL,when he sees me be a robot tech.he also was a bullyafter that we never hit it off.the tech man was fixing my robot cell 1 day an he was throwing things down to the ground ,I rebuked him kindly,he said foul things to me ,I returned fire,with other words,within 15 minutes I'm in the office xplaining my actions,only to find ,Im; told to go with one of the workers,and clear out my locker,and leave the plant,.I WAS DISSMISSED,= Fired!!!.I got shot down, while trying to be a better employee for Bendall Automotive,.Now I have No car to get around,as I never could get steady work/

There’s no best part about working at bendall automotive except for the fact payday is weekly

Having supervisors and office staff stair at you while you work your butt off

Toxic, stress filled attitudes from all of management 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Work until you drop blood sweat tears

Most enjoyable part of the job was interacting with co-workers. A typical day at work would be dealing with non-comformances and doing floor audits. The hardest part of the job was lifting parts in bins to inspect them in order to be scanned for shipment. My co-workers worked with me as a team and we always supported eachother when help was needed. I learned teamwork equals success.

The maintenance workers at BendAll are great however not much else there is. People working here seem drained of character and don’t appear to like their job at all. It felt like every day new employees were being trained, im assuming because employees don’t stay long. Factory work at the end of they day isn’t fun but this location feels worse then most. I’m sure there is redeeming qualities to working here but that was not my perspective

Can't complain about the environment of general labour, good work load with very helpful co-workers and a management on-point about everything within the warehouse.

I have worked in this company for 20 years and they treat you with such disrespect and the pay is low for amount of work you do. Sinority doesn't count, and management sucks.

Any suggestion goes in one ear and out the other. Office staff tell the workers who are working the machines 40 hours a week what to do, how to do it and especially what they’re doing wrong.

Has its ups and downs, has different areas to learn different things about machine operating ect , would say could have better ways to train people but overall not bad place.

bend all is a great work plan environment. The team leaders and other staff are very compassionate and dedicated workers. the process of work is easy going. bend all to me is overall an excellent place for employment.
