worked there for seven monbths, and it was a blast. 

The employes were mostly nice and helpful from start to finish. giving me tips to how to do my work when i was unsure at the beginning.

Managements was great, and were helping in the kitchen whenever needed, often making double shift to make  sure everything was alright.

The 50% off of one of your meals a day (days you worked were pretty nice...) i miss it sometimes.

i had weekend shifts and managements were pretty open to giving you days off or asking you to start earlier (if there was too much work left from the days shift from rushes)

Very flexible shifts, good ambiance, good pay and lowkey fun

Big rushes when you're alone. They come out of nowhere and just kill you

Good! Everyone is friendly and theres some work activities

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Come in 15 minutes earlier, do my opening tasks, serve clients, end my shift, eat and leave

Benny & Co. was one of my more enjoyable restaurant related jobs. Though stressful at times during rushes, the general work environment atmosphere was good and everyone got along well. If anyone ever needed help with anything others were more than willing to provide assistance.

During my 2 years at Benny & Co. Stittsville was the most degrading and humiliating work enviroment I have ever worked in. The assistant store manager is known to as being verbally abusive towards staff on a daily basis. I have witnessed him throw food at staff, smash dishes during dinner rush. The store manager when told these things did nothing to maintain a safe work environment for his employees

A good work experience, the management were supportive and positive.The building itself is 7 month's old, which means it was a nice and neat workplace to work in. The staff in the back of house were excellent as well, which improved the working conditions.The only hard part of this job was cleaning the fryers and doing dishes throughout the day.

I like this job because it gives me the opportunity to work in teams and to meet new people. I learned many things during my three years at this restaurant: In fact, I have experience with costumer service as a cashier and also as a cook and I am used to work in a fast-paced environment.

easy job to start when you want to gain experience. different benny means different level of difficulty depending on the rush rate of this area. fairly basic tasks, cash and cleaning. the formation is long enough that you won't feel too helpless or stressed about being left alone before you're ready.

I enjoy solving problems, troubleshooting issues, and coming up with solutions in a timely manner. I thrive in team settings, and I think my skill in effectively communicating with others is what drives my ability to solve a variety of problems.

Manager was micromanaging and overly perfectionistic. Expected to do everything in extremely specific ways and memorize them all by your second shift. Manager was also extremely passive aggressive and made up rules on a whim. Store was severely understaffed and with the quality of management it's no surprise.

they took advantage of how flexible i was. but after i did some 10 hour shifts and also staying late every night to keep up with coworkers who didn’t do there job. they fried me for not being flexible enough and not doing the task. they always wanted more and even tho i tried my hardest to do so it was never enough for them
