Plant Manager is a drunk .Thats why he doesn't have communication skills.HR is Owners wife.Good luck if you have any issues about the company.They only fix the problems by firing the person.Owner is a unprofessional .The place doesn't care about workers.very dangerous and only hire drunks and druggies. A revolving door of good people.Good people don't stay. They have security cameras and watch it all night long. The owner never stops calling an asking staff what's going on when his stamping presses aren't working. They never fix anything properly they just put Band-Aids on everything. Got all that money to make improvements and haven't done anything with the plant. But the owners driving around and really expensive vehicles and going on trips.

I appreciated the opportunity to gain experience in the tool and die industry, and I found some of my colleagues to be friendly and supportive. However, there were several significant drawbacks. Firstly, the management seemed disorganized at times, which resulted in confusion and delays in project timelines. Secondly, the workplace environment could be stressful, with high expectations and sometimes unrealistic demands placed on employees. Lastly, I felt that there was a lack of investment in employee training and development, which hindered my ability to grow professionally within the company.

This place teaches you nothing. Honestly they treat their staff like garbage. And god forbid you take a day off. They get mad they band aid fix everything and I mean everything. They don’t care that you get hurt. They only care about making parts

If you like getting you hands dirty and learning something new every day.  This is the place.  Sure it is hard and tough work, but what do you except.  It's a skilled trade.

Good place to start a new career. The owner knows the in and out of the trade and  put you on a career path, provided you are a hard worker. It is a Fast paced production environment. 

Good place to work helps if you have prior knowledge and experience in the field but it can be taught generally not a hard place to work but like all places it has its days that are hard

Great for short time, hot, dirty, greasy and dangerous. Equipment is not up to par with what they ask of you. The machines are not big enough for weight pick up.

Great General Manager, who focus on customer requirements, delivers high quality tools to customer in time.

good place to work. Nice people. they are really patient and kind. The owner and the coworkers are great people. It was a good profesional experience.
