Betty's is a very fast-pace environment. You have to have time management skills as well as customer service skills in order to be able to work here. As it is not like most restaurants, Betty's requires the servers to make all drinks, including alcohol as well as salads, complementary appetizers, and deserts. If you cannot manage your time and organize yourself accordingly it can become difficult to manage.

I enjoyed working with my co-workers, they were nice and encouraging. The work was good, it wasn't too much most of the time. Most of the time I loved going and doing all the work. The manager however was not the best at hiring and scheduling people which left not just me but my other co-workers as well overwhelmed and stressed from lack of dishwashers and help. We then became exhausted from overworking.

Betty's was a fun workplace. However, shifts were difficult. Everyone treated everyone like family, which is nice. However, the atmosphere wasn't always positive. Somedays, the atmosphere was extremely negative. 
My job was difficult on extremely busy holidays when you have several tasks to do all at once. 
The most enjoyable part of my job was my coworkers, who make everything more enjoyable

Working at Betty’s is very high paced. The wages are horrible for the volume they do. They don’t offer tip outs to compensate with the low wages.  Owners should get with the times. Tip outs show employees that they are all part of the guest experience not just wait staff. Kitchen is essential part of the overall guest experience and therefore should be tipped out.

Year round work, friendly staff, although sometimes the work environment can be negative, long hours with lots of set up and side duties. Busy during the spring and fall due to bus season

Staff and crew were wonderful and friendly they always get the job done even I work as a dishwasher if there is lots of dishes, pots etc to get clean they  pitch in to help which I like the most of this Staff...... great job Betty's restaurant Staff

It's nice to work in this place, employees, management and the owner are nice. Th good thing here the owner is hands on thier business,so expect that he'll be around always.

The staff is great friendly and it is fun to work there, The work gets done. I really like going to work there. It is always busy and they do get the regulars

BETTYS has nice staff members, especially the chefs I would only recommend you working here if minimum wage went up.
I wish I didn't get laid off without notice for over 2 weeks 

some other server was kind of rude to me but other than that one person everyone else was lovely to work with and made me feel calm.
Would definitely work here as a part time or full time job
